Had a great experience at AVC! Came in looking to get started with a YouTube setup, we needed basic lighting and video elements. Angie & Luis were very knowledgeable about all we needed - from the best stands and lighting to the best mics for the kind of content we create. The space was clean and well equipped with everything from film rolls to soft boxes and background rolls. Will be coming back for any AV needs!

Absolutely amazing service! I spent 3 weeks planning a $20,000 purchase including cameras lighting and audio with Mounir. On the day Wualter and Mounir spent countless hours with me going over every aspect meticulously. They made the process so smooth. The staff here is so friendly and I can’t say enough about the level of service I received! The English of the staff is also high level which was critical for me as I speak no Spanish. If you’re looking to make a Large purchase with Professional staff that will make sure you get what you want this is the right place.

Cesar is a a great help. He helped me find a lightweight tripod and light stand suitable for travel and the prices were great. I recommend anyone who is interested in photography and video to come here to purchase or rent for all of your needs! They have all the popular name products that are in the market right now so they are competitive. And last but not least the custom service is awesome!

What a great buying experience! The staff was great! I went into the store to buy a go pro fence mount….and left with that and a new zoom lens for my camera! Luis was the perfect representative! We asked Luis if there were compact zoom lens’ for our Sony camera. He was able to pinpoint our needs, provide us a few options, and was knowledgeable about all the nuances of the items. Oh yeah, the prices were good too. We are coming back to AC and Luis for all our camera needs!

Great customer service! Two months ago, I rented an AD600 Pro from this company. I had a photoshoot nearby that started shortly after I rented the equipment. When I arrived on set of the shoot, I realized that, by accident, the company had the wrong battery for the AD600 Pro included. I called them and told them about it and immediately, they sent a representative to my location to drop the accurate battery so that I can use the AD600 Pro for my photo shoot. I want to note that, I didn't ask them to do this. When realizing their mistake, they immediately apologized and asked for my location so that they can quickly drop the battery off. I always say that, we're all human and prone to making mistakes, however, the way we handle those mistakes is what truly speaks to our character. Great job on providing quality service AVC, I will surely be doing business with you guys again.

I was looking for the canon g7x mark iii everywhere and when I called, a guy named Luis told me they had a fresh shipment of a couple of them coming in and told me I could reserve it! I was so happy to hear this, since they are sold out everywhere. I picked it up a couple days later and am blown away by how amazing it is! Thank you so much Luis. Great service and hospitality. Andrew was very helpful & knowledgeable on all things cameras. He was able to answer any questions about the Fujifilm x100v that i purchased from avc photo. I ended up purchasing a second fujifilm camera for my sister. we were really impressed with the staff & our experience while shopping at avc photo miami & with andrew. the majority of the staff is passionate about photography & offer great customer service.

I placed an order with AVC based on the recommendation of a photographer friend in Florida. I worked with Luis from ordering to receiving the camera to his follow up and this experience was profoundly better than dealing with the “big box” photography retailers. AVC will now be my go to source for all of my camera gear. I recommend their customer service at the highest level !

I went to fix my Sigma lens 18-35mm at this store and Jorge the helped through to get it fixed and it was very gentle and pleased. Also, Mounir helped fixed a plate tripod. All workers are prepare and very gentle. 100% customer service on point. Thank you

I've been in the store recently, and I've gotten really good service. Andrew (or maybe Andrés) showed me all the gear I was curious about and let me try some lenses. The store is amazing and has a huge variety of products, even with some recent launches in stock.
