Refund for deposit was processed promptly enven tho there was issues processing it, they informed and allowed me time to work with the bank to resolved. Excellent service! It was easy to communicate with this operator by whatsapp. Very friendly en very helpfull. The shuttle service to the airport is a great addition to the whole package. My wife forgot her phone in the rental car when we arrived at the airport, but Jose was extremely helpfull and without any extra charges he returned the phone.

We were picked up from the airport less than 10 minutes after we got outside. The car was perfect for the trip couldn't fault it. The price was really good compared to other companies. Service was A**. Will be recommending it to friends and family. Thank you :)

We rented an 8 seater Chrysler Pacifica van from the Orlando location. Jose was our service person. Our experience was fantastic! Jose was always readily available when we contacted him about our rental. He was very thorough and a
pleasure to work with. He picked us up promptly when we arrived at the airport and got us to the airport for our return flight when we requested. The van was amazing and Drive A Rent A Car rates are much more reasonable than other rental companies. Best price we found! Everything went as stated it would be. We will definitely use this company whenever we return to Orlando. We highly recommend you do too!

We rented a vehicle for our stay in the Keys. We we collected from the airport very promptly and taken the the hire location not too far away. Vehicle check over was made and paperwork signed with minimal fuss. The car was in good condition, perfect for our requirements and without any problems throughout our use. The vehicle was returned with the agreed 3/4 of a tank of fuel. The vehicle was checked over and we were taken back to the airport, again promptly and without fuss.
My deposit was refunded within a few days. All communication was excellent. The service was friendly and always helpful. I would definitely use again and have no hesitation in giving Drive A Rent A Car Miami a full recommendation.

Picked up car in Orlando after being driven the couple of miles from the airport to their office. Very professional and polite staff, car was is good order. I don't normally say this about car hire companies, but I will book with them again. After 30 years of travelling to the states Iv dealt with a lot of different car hire companies, these guys just stood out and made the whole experience quick, professional and painless. Fantastic experience with this company.
After a totally disappointment with companies like National or Alamo where during two following week end ruined our plans; they confirmed a car and when we arrived,even with a confirmation number and after taking our money (100,00$) that now they don’t want to refund, we contact with Nelson from Drive rent a car Miami,who was so kind even to pick us up and drove us to the rental office, and gave us a good rate with the car expected (Mustang convertible), and finally we could enjoy our weekend at the keys.
