Only townhouses

Me and my family struggle everyday to find parking even far from our apartment. The parking conditions at Urbana are terrific and poor, tonight I come home and see the security lady pointing “wrongly” parked cars and called the towing company (who everyone is sure she has her business with them for each car she towe$) these people arrive and start towing like 4 cars at the same time, they broke one of the cars. All the people from the community goes downstairs and starts fighting (finally) because we are TIRED of this situation, our families can’t come visit us because there is NO PARKING and for the few visitor spots the buildings have you need a DECAL and you can’t be parked not even for 10 minutes without the decal because they will take your car right away. This area is EXPENSIVE, we pay a lot of money to live here and it’s a shame that we don’t even have space to park 2 cars. There are not any signs that say you can’t park in a visitor spot without having a decal or visitor permit, not even in day hours, what if an Uber has to deliver to a unit, what’s the common sense? To park in VISITOR obviously, but they will take your car without any reason. Lennar does not care about parking spaces, they just build the most units posible for $$$. DON’T MOVE HERE, it’s pathetic.
