Savona Grand Apartments

Honestly, this has been the best experience I’ve had living in any apartment complex. The space is super spacious and comfortable. You have everything you need in your apartment including the washer and dryer. The maintenance staff is so amazing and swiftly responsive when anything is going on in the apartment. My dryer wasn’t working properly. I let them and two days later I had a new dryer!! Thank you! And the ladies in the office are very pleasant, helpful and kind hearted. Especially Florence!! From the first day of me inquiring about the apartment to my departure she has been a blessing. So understanding, respectful, sweet and friendly. Anything I needed she was on top of it right away! I really appreciate your humility. Thank you so much Florence. 🩵💕

I've been living here for 5 years and I can truly say my time living here has been nothing but greatness. Whenever I have an issue or concern, front desk always responds immediately,. I would like to say thank you to Florence for being a great manager treating residents like family. As for maintenance, it feels like the minute you hit "Submit" on the work order, they are knocking on your front door to fix the issue . I purchased a new house and today was my last day at Savona, a very stressful day for me. I feel very blessed because Florence makes everything work flawlessly. I highly recommended Savona Grand.

I’ve been living at Savona Grand approximately two years and have been enjoying my stay. In addition, even when I downgraded and transferred to another unit, Florence the leasing consultant made it very easy and comfortable for me. As she addressed all my concerns and issues that occurred within the time of my transfer. Therefore, I truly give Savona Grand staffing from management to maintenance a five star. As they took their time to make sure they accommodated my concerns and issues within a reasonable and timely manner. 😊

Fairly decent apartment complex. I live in a 3 bedroom 2 car garage and it’s very very spacious. It’s an apartment so of course things break from time to time but they always come and fix things in a fairly timely manner and I’ve had no major issues here. Florence is a sweetheart and seriously the best. She is helpful, and understanding and one of the main reasons I’m happy living here.

I don’t typically ever go out of my way to write reviews, but I am so thankful for the staff of Savona that I decided to write one. Recently I unfortunately had to make the hard decision to move.. but the staff was great with assisting me during this hard transitional period for me, especially Florence and Kelly. They were always quick to help me with anything I needed and showed a lot of compassion. They made a big difference for me. Thank you to the staff for your help.

I’ve been living here since August and had to transfer in a short notice once I moved in due to a family emergency. The team at the leasing office here is really helpful. Florence helped me with my transfer process and made it stress free. Lucas was there to answer all of my questions whenever needed. The maintenance team is great here as well! The guys are quick with their work orders and they make you feel comfortable by letting you know what’s going on with whatever needs to be fixed ( since i’m clueless about things like that lol ). I highly recommend living here to anyone. I loved my 2 bedroom but I LOVE my 3 bedroom even more because it’s so spacious! The amenities are nice and the community is quiet/safe in my opinion. 😊

Aaron came in repaired my AC, installed BOTH my microwave and stove, and repaired one of my sockets. He did a spectacular job!!

I would like to say a big thank you to Savona Grand for hiring Jeff. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, willing to help and if he sees something that needs to be fixed he is proactive and addresses the problem without us having to send a request. It is great to know that I live in a community where the maintenance people are willing to help and not complain about the work they have to do. Jeff has exceptional customer service skills that help him reach the residents of the Savona Grand community and make us happy to live here. Thank you, Jeff!!

I was looking for a place to live close to where I had some established roots. I came across this property because I lived previously at another property managed by the same company.

I was very impressed at the professionalism of the staff at the leasing office especially the community manager Alicia. She has the kind of energy that just makes you want to smile and it is very apparent her staff loves working for her as well.

The property has an exceptionally hard working staff with accommodating work orders and keeping the grounds clean. They are always very polite and in my experience have always greeted me while seeing me around the property.

Improvements have been constantly occurring even having the fountain that my apartment over looks fixed with in the time I’ve moved in (approximately a month). The facilities are beautiful. The pool area, though I have not been able to enjoy as of yet due to the time of year which I moved in; I am very excited as is my son to go swimming once the weather warms up! I have used the gym facility and the equipment is either brand new or extremely well maintained and gives an environment that promotes self improvement.

Over all, this property has exactly what I was looking for to provide a “home” environment for my son and I. The staff makes sure that everything that needs to get to the residents is done in a professional and timely manner. And though the prices were a little higher than I was initially looking for, the service absolutely justifies the cost!

I have lived at Avana for close to a year now and I must say this complex is amazing! Kelly helped show me the apartment and went above and beyond to show me the apartment and the surrounding area. She answered all of the questions I had. Casi was thorough with the paperwork and got the lease done very quickly, as i was in a rush to move in. The few issues I have had over the past year were resolved the same day by their maintenance crew. I have also noticed that the new manager of the property has made significant improvements as well. Overall, I highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking!

I went on a tour last month and fell in love with the staff. Kelly was very helpful with all my questions I felt very comfortable as soon as i arrived. I like the location shopping,grocery stores all very close also in between 95 and turnpike so makes traveling to work that much easier. The property is very well kept. They have a ton of amenities and the apartments on the inside/outside are absolutely beautiful. Kelly was able to show me the apartment I would be getting and I just loved it. When signing my lease a few weeks later I got to meet Casi. She went over my lease because Kelly was off that day. I really enjoyed talking with Casi. She had everything in order and answered all my questions. I'm very happy with my experience so far at Avana Isles.

I have been living in Avana isles for over 4 years. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Cassandra is beyond accommodating, she has even helped bring deliveries to my car from the office. As well as Kelly, who brought my packages from the office to my home after her work day. The maintenance team is super fast and efficient. I really can’t say enough good things about the staff.

I been staying at Savona Grand little over a year and let me tell you the maintenance gentlemen (Miguel) is amazing. Every time I call the office and speak to Shay (Another amazing manager) and let her know I have an issue she goes ahead and put the order in and Miguel is at my door within 30 minutes. Very professional, nice and ready to help and get the job done. Thanks Miguel!

Love this place and the view of the lake is great. Enjoy the pool and walking dogs around the lake meeting other people. The staff are so friendly and helpful always meet you with a smile. Enjoy the gas grills at pool for bbq. I love watching the wildlife especially watching the baby ducks grow. Maintenance people are usually quick to respond to your problems and seem very helpful and friendly. Their security deposit program makes it easy and affordable to move in.

This property is the best! I used to live here until I had to move closer to work. Kelly helped tour my apartment prior to moving in and was fantastic. I was unsure of what I was looking to rent, and she explained everything so well and made it easy. The assistant manager has helped me with a few questions I have had, and always gets back to me right away. I wish I never had to move away!
