Casa Brera at Toscana Isles

I moved to Casa Brera after divorcing and needed a new start. I felt at home every time I came into the office because Claudia was always their with a smile on her facing greeting you. She is very compassionate, great personality, and she is such a joy. She helps me with any concerns that I have and she always try her best to help. She follows up with you and if there is a concern, she takes care of it right away. I think because of the location and the friendly staff, the process of living by myself after 19yrs was a wonderful experience. I know someone people reviews are not that good well everyone has different experiences, but I know my experience was wonderful.

Assistant Claudia was very helpful in the transition of move in to CB .And we are in love with our Sunrise in our new porch!

My husband and I knew this would be the perfect first apartment for us as soon as we walked in. Destiny was SO accommodating during the entire process and we are forever grateful for her patience and love. We have really been able to make a home here. Many of our friends and family are astounded by the spaciousness of our apartment and well-kept grounds especially considering the affordable price. We have so much fun meeting new neighbors, tanning by the pool, and going on wine walks around property. Also, the wonderful amenities that are found here are hard to come by anywhere else. Casa Brera is committed to creating a community of neighbors.

I’ve lived at Casa Brera for 3 years now and have been here through the management change. I must say that the new management group that has taken over has done more for the community than the previous. I see the comments about the breezeways and honestly all blame cannot be placed on the management team, as residents we should take more pride in our community and make sure we and our guest keep a clean and tidy environment. I love my apartment and the staff in the office. My maintenance request are responded to in 24 hours or less and the maintenance staff are absolutely amazing. They are informative and will explain your work order down to a T! I recommended Casa Brera to all my friends, family and coworkers!

While we were looking for an apartment, we came across this property, Casa Brera. We had have a few other places in mind such Savona Grand and Arium in west Boynton but unfortunately we fell in love with Casa Brera from the moment we arrived on the property. Our realtor, Eleanor Capron, and my family met with Courtney at the office and she was extremely kind and genuine as well as a true professional. She made the process very easy and simple for us. She went over the application process, the costs, fees, the amenities and then took us for a tour. This place was exactly what were looking for while we were waiting on selling and closing on our previous home. It’s been roughly 5 days since moving in our 2/2 and we have to say that this complex is well taken care of, very quiet, lots of parking space, maintenance and fixes gets reported and resolved quickly. The apartments are very spacious with and comfortable. Definitely feels like an luxury apartment. The office manager, Courtney, and her assistant, Destini, are very welcoming and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an luxury apartment with quality and great staffs. The whole process was a breeze with the help of Courtney. Thank you very much guys.

Lovely community with awesome staff! Just toured with the Property Manager Courtney and from the moment I walked through the doors felt at home. Her bubbly and bright spirit makes you feel right at home. The apartment homes are only 4 years old and maintained nicely we viewed a vacant unit and everything was very well kept. I will most definitely be coming back!

I have lived here for 3 years, including downsizing to a smaller apartment when my husband needed to move for a job and I wasn't ready to go with him. I love these apartments, they are beautiful and so spacious. Also, I have seen a few different management changes but there are a few staff that have stayed the same and the new office manager as of the time of this review is friendly and accommodating! The maintenance has always been incredibly timely and well done. I am happy to call this place home. It's still a little out of the way from the excitement of Lake Worth or Boynton, but it seems the community is developing - I love having an Aldi that I can walk to from the community parking lot! Also, there are houses being constructed near by (not great for noise/ambiance but uncontrollable) so I am guessing that the area will grow to accommodate new residents! Highly recommend living here!

I give 5 stars primarily due to Courtney, the Property Manager because she went above and beyond and made the process an excellent experience for me. She was very courteous, sweet and you can tell that she cares about people. As far as the apartments, the area is quiet! It is an amazing complex. I’m here to stay forever!!

I’ve lived here for 5 years, I was one of the first residents who moved in when the property opened. I’ve been through 3 management companies and can’t even begin to tell you how many managers. I must say that the current management and staff are very tentative and caring. They go above and beyond for their residents. My only complaint is that some of my neighbors have no respect for their community. The management team does everything in their power to maintain but we as residents must also take pride in our community and keep our personal areas clean. After hurricane Dorian, the management team went above and beyond to provide clothes, shoes, toiletries and school supplies for my family who lost everything in Freeport Bahamas. Casa Brera is an awesome place to live.

I have lived in this community for a year and a half now and I LOVE IT! Any issues are problems they are resolved immediately. Every other month the Office staff puts together a community event to keep us connected. The Administration staff is friendly and always looking for ways to improve the community and keep the community as safe and well
Kept as possible. Ms. Destiny thank you for all your hard work and passion.😊 #happyresident.

Beautiful beautiful community! Inside and out! Very affordable for such a beautiful place. It’s quiet and pet friendly. The best part of it all is the team in the office! Especially Courtney. She made my moving in so easy, there throughout it all. You will not regret your decision if you decide to move in.

From the moment I called to inquire about a unit, Destini has been nothing short of helpful and pleasant. She was extremely communicative from the beginning of the whole process. I never had to question the next step into the moving phase because she was very clear on what was expected of/from me. Even when meeting her, she was super sweet and always made sure that if I ever had a question or concern about anything to not hesitate on asking her. Destini is super personable and I’m sure I can say the same for the rest of the staff here at Casa Brera. The community itself is beautiful and well-kept. It’s quiet and sort of takes you away from the surrounding area. I only had a few small issues that I needed maintenance to take care of. Ray was super eager and willing to help me with what I needed, not to mention the fact that he acted on my request so quickly. He was also very personable and knowledgeable on what I needed fixed. My experience here at Casa Brera has been excellent and I would recommend to anyone!

Casa Brera Apartments are awesome, we’ve been there a year and are moving to a bigger apartment in the same community. Destiny and Courtney in the office are amazing and always so welcoming and answer all of our questions with a smile. Highly recommend living here.

My experience at Casa Brera was like no other. The grounds were well kept and the office staff was very helpful. The apartments were beautiful and the gym had all of the equipment you need to work out. It feels like home!

If you are searching for a modern apartment home, Casa Brera is the place to be. I absolutely love it here. The grounds and resident facilities are clean and resident amenities are kept up. The staff are very attentive and respond to my request withing 24 hours or less. Courtney and Whitney rock!

We love living in Cass Brera. The neighborhood is always clean. It’s also quiet. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help with questions or service. It definitely is home to my family and I.

We have just entered into our 5th year of living here and we like it. I see a lot of complaints written in other reviews but none of that has ever been our experience. "Property Mangers" come and go, but Destini in particular has gone out of her way to be very helpful to us on numerous times, and many of them on her time off. We keep an eye on the market, and we know what is available and the pricing. In our opinion we haven't found anywhere as nice for the money and while I believe anyone can have a bad experience, a lot of it comes down to your own attitude and how you approach the staff when you need assistance.

From the time we move in i felt welcomed and part of the community. My apartment is beautiful and spacious . I’ve renewed my lease for another year. I feel safe , the neighbors and staff are friendly , it’s clean and family based .

I had a wonderful experience touring this property! I am very pleased with the layout of the property and apartment. The energy that Çourtney and Destini had when I walked through the door was ecstatic. They welcomed me as if I was already a resident and I loved that about them. They were excited through my whole entrance to me touring the place. Love love love and hope to be living here sooooooon!!!!!

I want to say that Destini is amazing. She helped my sister find the best apartment for her and was so professional always going above and beyond and providing amazing customer service.
