This salon is fantastic and Robert is an amazing hairdresser. He cuts hair with such precision and confidence. Did I mention he’s a wiz with color as well? The staff is also very friendly and the ambiance is great!

I went into the salon with really bad damaged black hair with patched pieces of brown hair and thought their was no way of it being saved, Robert completely transformed my hair and gave me very bright healthy blonde hair. I left the salon very happy. Robert is the best, and all the staff is really nice and professional. Recommend 10/10!

Omg best salon in Miami 🙌🏻. Its been a year doing my hair with Alain (the best!) i have never being more in love with my hair! everybody compliments my color all the time (i went blonde and i do brazilian blowout too) The salon is great, great service, great staff (May gives the best massages when she washes your hair), great atmosphere..and even cafesito while you bleach ❤ and all . i recommend it for sure

Love this place. Been coming here for 10 years and everyone is professional from the receptionist to the person washing your hair. I have had my hair done personally by Claudia and Roberto and have always left happy and a people in the street asking me where I get my hair done. Always recommending. cookie has been doing my eyebrows and facials for the same amount of time and wouldn’t change her. Highly recommend this salon for anything that you need to feel pampered.

I had an amazing experience with the hairstyle Alain. He took to the time to listen to my hair concerns about maintaining the health of my hair while still getting a smooth, straight and sleek hairstyle. He was very upfront about what the cost to process and maintain my hair would be and tips for me to do for myself at home. I would definitely be returning in the future with Alain for all my hair needs

Hilda was great. Finding someone who is good with female short hair is hard but she did a great job. She took her time and I loved the result. I also did my eyebrows there and absolutely loved the result. I usually feel a lot of pain but it wasn't painful AT ALL and she did exactly what I asked for. The only thing I didn't like about Schwarz Staff was that some people (I think it was the owners) were not wearing a mask properly. I understand that it's annoying to wear it at all times but all the employees were wearing masks and being super careful so I think the owners should do that as well. It would have made me feel safer. But other than that, I had a great experience. Highly recommend it!

First of all the staff at the front desk were very professional and kind. This was my first visit after having a bad experience with another salon. I asked for someone with experience and good with fine short hair. My appointment was with Robert. Robert listened to what I was looking for and gave great suggestions. I have to say it was the best cut and highlights I have ever had..i definitely found "my" salon. Highly recommend Schwarz Staff Design!

I didn't know what exactly to expect walking in but had read good reviews so was optimistic. I have extremely thick and wavy hair that can be intimidating and so I'm always skeptical of a new salon. Claudia ended up doing amazing things with my hair and I absolutely love it. Plus, the entire staff is very friendly and it was very nice and clean inside. Very happy!!

I just left this place and I have to say I am extremely pleased with the quality of service they provided being the first time I come here. I came with my daughter, she got a trim and I got color, deep conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry and I loved everything, my hair feels and looks beautiful. I received exactly what I wanted for both my daughter and I. They give their honest recommendations to my best interest and that I truly appreciate. Looks like a keeper! I have been coming to this hair salon for over four years and Lucas is my ultimate favorite!! I could never go anywhere else. No matter what idea I have for coloring my hair, he always brings it to life. Especially when it comes to doing a balayage..he does an absolutely beautiful job! I made an appointment with Hilda, indeed she deserves the 5 Stars, I needed a hair Cut and a Blow dry!! She took her time, she showed me pictures, very nice all along and the end result was fantastic!! Afterward everybody complimented my hair!
Also Ania was great as a manicurist!!
