I had a great experience at this store and I have to say I wasn’t the easiest person to deal with. I was looking for something very specific, a guayabera for a wedding gift and the employees there were extra patient with me showing me a lot of option and making sure I found exactly what I needed.
The quality of the guayaberas are amazing so I decided to get one for myself as well.
If you are looking to get an authentic Cuban guayabera this is the place.

I live in Ft. Lauderdale and rarely travel south of the our airport, but I was very happy I broke tradition and drove to Miami to buy my first guayabera shirt. The experience was totally great. I was greeted by a very nice Julietta. I asked for Marta and she came from the back right away. I told her what I wanted which was a short sleeve guayabera in linen. We first tried a small, but it was too small. The medium fit like a glove. The quality of the linen and the workmanship I think are superior. I love the 4 pockets and the pleats on the front and back are very nice looking. I chose a beige shirt but the light blue came in a close second. They also had an orange color and green one also that looked very interesting. The store was very clean and well laid out and quite tidy. After I left I wish I would have stayed longer just to look around and to talk to Marta. She was extremely nice to me. I found her to be gracious with a nice sense of humor. I went with my husband and our friends, and our friend ended up buying a white short sleeve cotton guayabera. We are both happy with our purchase and our experience. I drove 40 miles to get there but I'm already anxious to go again sometime.

Swung by Thursday to see what they had in stock. Picked up 3 shirts! Great customer service, lady was very knowledgeable on inventory. Been coming here for years, will continue to do so. Keep being the best! Thank you

Before I get into this review of MY experience I want to mention one thing . I am not a person that writes reviews very often but it came to my surprise when I read all these reviews about knocking down a busines and low very low type of person that would talk about the private life of the owner and what he or she has of other business.what do you think people will not go because you are mentioning this.
I know this store for many years and have been buying Guayaberas for a long time.
There are store policies and they must be respected the problem is that you are all used to buying wearing and returning. That’s not a new thing in the USA.
I have retail stores also and it’s very unfortunate that out of thousands amazing reviews you need to bash down a business.
I have never had a problem with quality , color fade or the quality of the fabric. There are a couple of choices your can choose and if you are a person that wears Guayaveras you know you wear them with a Tshirt underneath if you are allergic to linen.
Thai has a 70 years or more of amazing reputation and you should be a bit more respectful.
I love them and will continue to buy them. You can’t judge by 4 reviews , make your own judgement and if the customer service is not what you expect then call the owners , who knows maybe it was just a bad day.
By the way I just came back from Greece and bought a red Italian linen jacket and my white pants got stained by the fabric. I payed $300
I didn’t go a bash that store. Just wash it with salt and that’s it. Try to be a bit more patient human and understanding.
