If you are lucky enough to get Steve R. as your customer care representative you will not be disappointed. I've needed oxygen over a month and every step of the process has been botched. I've spent a month making phone calls and being given the run around with no resolution but Steve was able to figure out the problem in 1 hour when my PCP, Pulmonologist, and the DME supplier could not. I am thankful that he cared enough to try and find out what went wrong because not one other person did this for me through this process. Steve is not only knowledgeable and good at his job, but he cares.

One of the employees from this molina helped my son(15) who is autistic get his ssi check back and named herself as his room and board to receive 304 dollars out of his check for the last 4 years. Stay away from this company!

Knowing how to navigate my benefits, made things very easier for me. It is a process to everything and I appreciate the assistance that was given to help me get to know more about my health insurance.

Had brain tumor surgery, arm surgery,
Both knees replacement one with complications never had any problems
With Molina. I’m still there and be there.

Molina covers all my UM and JAX specialist. I’ve never had an incident though the preauthorization a bit of a pain, it’s more than justified considering the rampant fraud. The dental providers, Dentaquest is worthless though.

I have had a very good experience with molina customer service always.
I want to thank Yasmine C in the member service department and Sandra G in premium payment department for their excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to help me.
And to all the representatives that have helped me in the past and unfortunately I never wrote their names, I want to thank them for their service.

Gabriel from customer service has been amazing after dealing with 2 low energy lazy reps I was ready to leave Molina, however Gabriels attitude and willingness to help went above and beyond I finally resolved issue. Give him a raise
