Best rental company we dealt with, so far! The people working there are really friendly and make sure everything is understood. We rented the Mustang and it was very clean, everything was perfect! Highly recommended!

I had last minute plans to get a rental car while in Miami and Yep was a great choice to go with. I went online and made a reservation, came to their office (it's on the 3rd floor from the address listed) signed some paperwork and they quickly got the car ready for me in literally less than 10 minutes. Return process was a breeze as well. The staff gave me water and treated me like family. Even Natalia sent me recommendations on where to go during my stay in Miami! 5 stars for sure.

Great experience with this company. Easy pick up. Did after hours drop off and when I left some sunglasses in the car the owner text me a picture of what I left and shipped it to me. Great experience!
