Mr. Felix Caceres was extremely quick, knowledgeable and sympathetic to my brother and me after the loss of our grandfather. His work and attitude is superlative and made the experience at this bank a breeze.

My father contacted the bank regarding fraudulent charges from Facebook. The teller advised him that the charges "look" correct and didn't offer any sort of help or protection.

Turns out it was fraudulent activity and the money is being refunded in 3-5 days. Unfortunately, they were able to withdraw thousands of dollars before this error was caught.

Please provide better customer service training to your staff. They didn't appear to want to help my father.
