Exceeded our expectations! Mostly stocked cabin sleeps six, 3 bedrooms/3 full baths. Bring groceries, toys, and movies for the kids, and plan a day indoors to just enjoy the warmth of the cabin and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING view off the back deck. Bring charcoals for BBQing. Lots of interesting decor (and hunting decor) to keep you musing and talking. The fireplace is off limits and the gravel driveway is a tad steep but nothing impossible. 20ish minutes from Incline Railway, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. They even left us dining coupons. We'll definitely be returning in the future!

Loved this place. We stayed here for 4 days and it was very peaceful and quiet. It's a little creepy at night being so quiet in the forested property and animal skins everywhere, but in general is a very unique and warm place inside. Stunning mountain view from back of property. Management company kept the property very clean for our arrival and the property came with all amenities. I do think it could fall into disrepair if not given some more TLC soon, but still in good shape and clean at the moment. Need to update some furniture, driveway, books, fixtures, etc. Beautiful rose bush out front.

This was an incredible place. When they say you have a good view, that's a complete understatement. Literally on the side of a rock face 1700 ft up from sea level. It was a heck of a place to have your wife's birthday! I do recommend, if you have an issue with driving in high places, do some visualization and mediation if you plan on coming from rock city. They also mention getting a head of steam when you come up the driveway and down the driveway they mean it. They probably don't want this said but there is an incredible siting areas just down from the porch that's worth an explore(bench included). If your into wildlife, we did have an incredible buck walk up on us right beside the fire pit.

Do yourself a favor and book it.

Amazing view and the cabin is very homie

Great location with nice view but cabin really needs work. 2 of the 3 exterior doors don’t work, exterior seating isn’t functional, and even though the description mentions dining “al fresco,” there’s no table on the porch. Had some issues with ants but the provided ant spray took care of it and they didn’t return. Could use better shower heads downstairs. Despite the downside, this is a pretty good pet friendly option. The nightly rate is reasonable, but the extra fees are too high and end up pricing this above what it should be for the condition it’s in.

Exterior needs work. Dead bushes all along the front, the deck needs replaced, the wooden deck furniture has rotted with exposed nails. The door knobs on both deck doors don't work. There was accumulated dust and debris under the beds. Found a scorpion under the pillow on one bed.
