Por nesecidad he llamado a esta farmacia a las 3.31 pm hoy 9 Agosto para informarme cuando recibiría una medicina para dolores y antibioticos, para una persona recien operada.
La muchacha que me atiende me explica que cierran a las 5 y le pregunto, entonces cuando recibiria una medicina que la orden se puso al medio dia y su respuesta fue intolerante. Ella no sabia porque no podian volar. Le pregunto su nombre y me cuelga el teléfono, como si los dolientes y clientes no supieran como hacer valer sus derechos y respetos. Personas como estas no estan para atender a un público y mucho menos a sabiendas que es por una enfermedad. Muy mala atencion.

Atencion al cliente pesima,no existe,tu llamas y no te cojen el teléfono.
