Sanitas Medical Center

I was impressed with how squeaky clean it was inside, loved the bright light coming in from the long windows & glass doors. Everyone in the front was nice, I arrived before my appointment time & was attended instantly nonetheless. Isa, the medical assistant called me in & was very kind throughout the process. Informed me of everything she was doing & made sure all my needs/ requests were taken care of before she left & called Dr Samantha who was absolutely amazing, love her energy! She asked all sorts of questions to get to the bottom of it as well as recommended a few things to do for my well being. Another simple thing that stood out to me was little hints of green all around. I will most definitely continue to make my future appointments here.

I was so pleased with the service I received today at Sanitas. Staff was outstanding. The receptionist was very helpful and proficient. I had forgotten my insurance card at home but the receptionist was able to assist in pulling my records so I wouldn’t reschedule. Isa (medical staff) was very sweet, friendly and attentive. I was there to see Dr. Alonzo. She has a welcoming energy and is very professional. She makes you feel very comfortable. Love the positive vibes you get from each person :)

This was my first time at Sanitas health center. I was impressed by the professionalism & customer service that I received as soon as I walked in. Gloria& María were attentive and made sure that Dr. Diaz met with me in person. Leonor, his assistant asked me questions regarding my medical history and in a few minutes Dr. Diaz met with me for my evaluation. He explained everything thoroughly and he was attentive to my questions and concerns. I am looking forward to my annual checkup.

In my first visit at Sanitas Kendall, I felt very welcomed and all of the staff were helpful, including Vivian in the front desk. Dr. Porras was excellent and attentive to my medical history and concerns.
