Visit was pleasant they they tried to be as helpful as possible however they should have background department and someone who can help providers better and train providers to keep their employees records up to date and how to comply better with the rules and regulations. I am new in Medicaid as HR Director and wish to have training and a backup support from AHCA office here in Miami. Other than that they were helpful and did as much as they could to assist me.

Absolutely horrible time management. They also give misinformation based on every person you speak with, nothing and no one is consistent. The most horrible experience ever, and they do NOT care because you have to go through them to get your background reviewed for Florida. Good luck for those actually trying to get a background check for work in a timely manner, you more than likely will get passed over.

No accountability not a care in the world what is going on around them.
all they're good at is telling you they have filed a report and absolutely nothing comes of it

The lady that answered the phone is rude

Waiting 30 minutes in the phone as the system is not working properly and I am out of work for the inefficacy of the system

it should not take 18 days for fingerprints to be reviewed

All I need is employment, are we all going off the cliff together?
