Addy's Closet

I had excellent customer service buying from Addy's Closet. The item I received had a small flaw, which was not their fault but the manufacturer's, and they took it back and sent a replacement - this actually happened twice. I felt so picky because the flaw was tiny, but the rep was nothing but nice about it and very helpful. Whenever I want to check out the Lemon Loves Lime selection I always start with Addy's now!

What makes a good business? The way they handle problems.
My package from Addy's Closet was lost by the Post Office. Good customer care would have been for the business to send me a replacement, and then they could have filed a claim with the Post Office. But they did not.
I battled filling a claim with the PO for 3 months, and amounted to nothing, because I was not the shipper. Also, I found out that my package had been insured for half of its value.
While Addy's Closet pretended to care with a few "I'm sorry for you" emails, the reality is that they never stepped up to help, and now I'm out of my money and merchandise and I'm left with a gigantic headache.
This is why people don't buy from small businesses anymore.
I absolutely do not recommend buying from this store, unless you're willing to take the risk.
