Palmetto Station

We visited this building a couple of months ago, along with others in the area (Bay Village, Vistas Palmetto Bay, etc.). As we were deciding where to move, we were drawn to Palmetto Station by the reviews (it's not every day you see an apartment building with such amazing reviews). We chose to re-visit the apartments, and since then got to know Zaida, Jaime, and Frances, who work at the management office. Throughout the process, they answered every email, every call, which is impressive cause I can be quite annoying lol.

We eventually toured an amazing floorplan (Alize), and got lucky enough to get a first floor unit by the pool. We moved in Friday and could not be happier. First of all, the 1st floor units have higher ceilings, but they are much higher than we thought, and the unit took our breath away. Second, there were issues with the light not working in the bedroom, as well as a broken tile floor. Jaime immediately sent someone to fix the light before we could even get a piece of furniture inside, and they're sending workers to fix the floor this week. In terms of moving in, Jaime went above and beyond and called one of the retailers to allow us to park our U-Haul in their space, directly next to our entry point. That saved us probably hours as opposed to having to use the loading dock.

In terms of the building, it feels brand new, all the amenities are reminiscent of a luxury hotel, and the pool is just perfect. All the tenants we've met so far are friendly and seem like they genuinely love living there. We anticipate we'll feel the same way once we're all settled in.

P.S., Frances will become your best friend. She is genuinely so funny and made us smile the entire time she walked us through.

If you're looking to move into the area, this is your best bet. Rent is reasonable and it's worth every cent.

Palmetto Station has won me over with its exceptional charm. The blend of fantastic amenities and a dedicated staff creates an atmosphere that is both comfortable and stress-free. The added perk of having Dazzling Nail Lounge on-site is not just convenient but elevates the overall experience. The neighborhood's peaceful ambiance, coupled with a warm and friendly community, fosters a genuine sense of safety and belonging. I must express my gratitude to the welcoming front desk team – Frances, Zaida, & Jamie – who consistently go above and beyond. The efficient maintenance crew deserves applause for their ongoing efforts. The apartments, boasting stunning and contemporary designs, contribute to a living space that feels uniquely inviting.

I absolutely love Palmetto Station. From the amenities, staff and having the nail salon, Dazzling Nail Lounge, in the same location is amazing and very convenient. It makes living simple and relaxed. The neighborhood is quiet, my neighbors are quiet and everyone is very kind and welcoming. I feel extremely safe in this building and would highly recommend families to live here. The front desk ladies: Frances, Zaida & Jamie are always so welcoming and helpful. They keep the building spruced up and in the holiday spirit. The maintenance crew is efficient and helpful every time. The apartments are stunning and very modern.

I went to a tour led by Frances and she was amazing. She explained everything so well and you could tell she loves her job. She even stayed a bit later than the closing time to show us the apartments and all the wonderful amenities.

Moving from another state can be scary, especially for the kids. Our tour with Frances made such a positive impact on my family. We are now looking forward to moving here and being able to enjoy amenities like the heated pool all year long.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the entire rental, move-in and living experience at Palmetto Station! The apartments, amenities and location are amazing! Lots to do with kids and very friendly staff. Jamie has been exceptional from the start! Francis and the entire maintenance team are so friendly and helpful! We are truly enjoying our time here and are so grateful to have been able to live here!

Amazing property, staff, and experience!

I lived here for 2.5 years and just recently moved in sept 2023. It was the best experience living in an apartment complex I’ve ever had!! It had so many beautiful amenities that made life easier and more enjoyable. The apartment was modern and luxurious and had great attention to details. The location was perfect and close to everything.

The staff was amazing!! Friendly, welcoming, professional, and helping with everything and anything! Jamie, Francis, and Zaida we’re an amazing team and are the best in the business!

I recently moved to Palmetto Station and I absolutely love living here. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to help you out. It's a great location and a beautiful place to live. If you've been searching for your next apartment I recommend you stop by for a tour, once I saw the property I applied the same day.

I moved here with my wife and two kids. I can't speak more highly about the front office's accommodations and willingness to help. The property is beautiful and remains clean. The area is quiet and the nearby park and playground is an icing on the cake. Definitely would recommend to families

I moved into my 1/1 apartment at Palmetto Station in March and I have loved it ever since! Great atmosphere, very spacious apartment, and great amenities. I think what makes this property so special is the staff. From the maintenance team to the ladies in the leasing office. Jaime, Francine, and Zaida are a super star team and are always happy to help in anyway they can.

We have lived for more than two years in Palmetto Station and the experience has been very good, we have always been calm and happy. Francis has been a great help whenever we need something, friendly and willing to solve anything we need. Ask for her at her office, she will surely help you get what you need.

While living at palmetto station for 3 years I want to shout out the office team for doing an incredible job and offering their services with no hesitation. When it comes to the community at palmetto station I have to highlight out awesome gatherings where we all get to know more about each other and share some cool ideas. The housing is magnificent, the pool area my fav!!! I love the tons of amenities palmetto station provides. Living at palmetto station is like living at your dream hotel

I’ve been living here for 6 months now & the complex & apartments are beautiful with a great staff that is friendly & willing to help you with any problems you may have. The communication is great & lots of monthly events in order to fellowship with your neighbors. 10/10 recommend !

Palmetto station is currently on of my delivery stops as I work for UPS. I don’t normally leave reviews but the ladies in the office are always so nice. They give me snacks, water, coffee, and always ask how I am. Most apartments are not friendly but these ladies are. Thought I would share. #UPSGANG

From someone who has moved around a lot this is hands down the most friendly, professional and helpful leasing office staff I've ever dealt with. The community is well kept, has all the amenities you need and people are friendly. Love it here.

New building, beautiful pool. Service requests resolved within 24hrs. Jamie, Oscar, and Lesby in the office were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend to get an apartment on the east side of the building, your view is the park and you can watch softball games from your balcony. The majority of the residents are very nice, but a few think the parking garage is their racetrack, probably the same people that don't say hello at the gym (which too is very modern with great machines), but don't let a few "typical" rude Miami-types ruin a good thing. The complex also has resident events... Mimosas poolside where the best. Overall a great experience.

I just want to say how wonderful Jamie and her staff are. So help full on everything, she very intelligent, helpful, I call her my mom. she’s very stellar , on anything I ask her to help me with my phone, my FPL bill or anything that I can’t do she’s there to help, I love her so much as a great friend, y’all are lucky to have her.😋😋😋👍👍👍

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the staff and living quarters are here. My mom has been living here for 1 year and has never been happier. The staff is top tier and the property itself is ELITE!

My family and I relocated from Boca Raton two months ago and moved to Palmetto Station. From the day we moved in the property management staff has exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We love our new home and the property management staff that make sure we have adjusted to our new home seamlessly. The apartment complex is very safe and all the amenities are always clean.
