Prada Miami Design District

I had a great experience in Prada today. The staff greeted us with smiles and a very nice welcoming, which honestly brightened up my day. The gentleman that assisted me was such a delight! He brought me out a jacket that matched exactly what I was looking for. I LOVE IT 🤩

Went here for another purse and bucket head for my lady. Service was amazing, great selection and decent Champaign.. only spend half my paycheck in 15 min :)

I called before I visit the place to try the new sunglasses. The staff is very nice and friendly. The place close at 8:00pm.We arrived at 7:50pm and she took care of us very well even the store close at 8:00pm.

I went on Monday (8/30) and there were barely any customers in the store, which was wonderful as it made it feel like a private shopping experience and there were no queues. Initially I was accompanying my friend who wanted to check out the Prada loafers, however then the Black Prada Re-Edition 2005 bag in the Saffiano leather caught my eye. I was delighted that they had it in stock! The store has a lot of great, diverse pieces and hot items that are difficult to find online and in-person at other locations.

The whole time we were assisted by ANDREA who is AMAZING! I'd literally fly back to Miami for my next Prada purchase to shop with her again. She is extremely knowledgeable (not just about Prada but other comparable brands), so warm and personable, attentive, and not even remotely pushy. She genuinely wants you to find pieces that suit you best and will be worth your money. I spent a good amount of time assembling and disassembling the bag to test the variety of ways to wear the piece and she was a good sport answering ALL of my questions. :)

Also all the other staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Sometimes walking into a luxury shop can be quite intimidating, not this one! I was greeted and assisted by Shani who had a very infectious personality and radiating smile! She immersed me in the brand and made my experience a great one! Will definitely be back for my next splurge!

This store is fantastic! I'm out riding while visiting Miami and Prada is one of my favorite stops! In helmet, shorts, t-shirt and athletic shoes I'm welcomed like I'm wearing a tux! If you like high style and I do, IMO, Prada is top drawer!

Beautiful store, friendly staff, we found a briefcase/messenger bag for my daughter as a graduation gift, she was very happy

Service is not the best here but the product selection is top notch.

Personeel is heel vriendelijk en attend, bood ons wat te drinken aan toen onze aankoop werd ingepakt. De winkel is ruim en heeft een breed assortiment, en heeft de een ruim keuze aan diverse kleren.
