Unit was ready to move in. The management was extremely friendly and helpful. Landlord was very compassionate when I was late on rent and didn't take my security deposit. Will definitely refer my friends and family here.

The units are charming. It is a very pleasant place to live. Management is prompt in responding to our needs. Rent is reasonable. I will stay here as long as they will have me. I recommend the property to all my friends and family.

Stay away from them!!! They have a history of taking people's security deposit. I am starting a legal process in order to recover it, but they have stolen many hard working people's money. If you try to contact them, the call goes to voice mail immediately, so there's no one to talk to. Though the checks I mailed them were promptly cashed by Henry B. Selva. The units I am talking about are the ones on 38TH Street Virginia Gardens, FL 33166.
