I have been to this location before and for a second time have had the most amazing experience with Chris. He has so much patience. He always smiles, and nothing is a problem. I highly recommend this location.

Had an amazing experience here. Christopher was phenomenal and helped us with even more than we asked for. He took the time to figure everything out even when it got complicated and he stuck through it. Would definitely recommend him anytime!

Chris is the man. He made the process of transferring my parents from tmobil to verizon super effortless. Set us up with the best deal for 2 new i phones and transferred all the data to the new phones. He is calm and very confident about everything he does. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Chris!!!

Best Verizon experience I've had hands down. I broke my phone, so needed to come in for a new one and Adis was EXTREMELY helpful. Not only was he single handedly taking care of a line of customers (helping multiple people at once), but he was very knowledgeable about everything and was getting everyone out the door as quickly as possible. I did some research before coming in so kind of knew what i wanted (upgrade from an iphone 11 to 13), but given the older model i wanted, there were not any promotions going on at the time. Adis took the time to explain and walk me through why it would be cheaper to actually get the 15 instead. I ended up paying SIGNIFICANTLY less AND walking out with a superior phone. Not to mention that it was an absolute pleasure of an experience as he helped to create a friendly atmosphere and while i was waiting for the transfer process to happen, was able to chit chat with other customers. Do yourself a favor and come here for whatever you need and make sure to speak with Adis. Thanks again if you're reading this man!

I purchased a new phone and a couple of accessories. Chris was very helpful on making the transfer from old phone and easy to communicate with. Excellent costumer service!!

Chris is such a pleasure to deal with, no pressure to upsell. Listens well too. He makes getting a new phone fun. A few days later I had a small issue with the new phone he took care of it in a minute, smiling the whole time.

You have a great employee in the gentleman that served me but being a seasoned phone shopper having one man handle a whole floor is not efficient way of handling customer expectations as he did a spectacular job handling up to 5 clients at once

He made purchasing my new iPhone a piece of cake and showed me how to work my new phone as well as make sure my phone was set up to receive calls in my car. Took his time with me. He was amazing! Chris is a keeper! From the moment we walked into the store, he listened to the issues with our current phone and offered us options. Once we decided to upgrade, Chris went above and beyond to ensure that the transition went smoothly. He had patience and made sure we understood all the new features on the Galaxy A42. We walked out the door happy customers and excited about our new phone. What an amazing experience! Chris rocks!

At first I thought I was in trouble because this store does not do transfers without an up charge. Plus, I was told that I may have to go to another store to have the work completed.
Then Chris stepped up and found away to make everything come together. He explained everything in easy to understand language. He solved all the issues and concerns that I had and without my asking, he provided his contact info and invited me to come back in when something else that I don’t understand occurs.
I think Verizon is lucky to have him on their team.
