One of the best Medical Centers, the Doctors are very kind and and understanding. They take the time to get to know you and listen to all your health concerns. Staff is very kind and attentive, makes the visit very pleasant and enjoyable. The offices are very clean and organized. The best part is the personalized care and you truly leave knowing all your questions are answered and knowing that your care and health will always come first to them! The variety of insurances that they accept is a HUGE plus as well!! Highly recommend!

I have an awesome doctor at the Miami Beach Office of Illumina Medical Center, but the management of this organization is far below the standards of decent medical care. The employee's are unhappy and complain to me that the management of Illumina does not provide health insurance to the employees ! I need good medical care, not to hear about the employee problems, but I do think that a large company employing over 100 people should follow the law and provide health insurance or at least a in house clinic

This place is a disaster. I made an appointment here for a physical and was in the waiting room for over an hour before I complained. Finally, I was taken to the office where I waited again. Eventually the doctor came in, Dr Perez, and I liked him a lot. I took the order to quest and never heard back from the office so called and was told they would call me back, of course they didn’t. So I called again a week later and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back, they put me on hold again. I tried one more time and the same.... for a total of 45 minutes on hold. Finally, I texted Dr Perez directly who got on the phone with me and scheduled an appointment. I showed up to that appointment and they didn’t have me on the schedule! They agreed to honor the appointment but at the time of this writing I have been in the waiting room for 45 minutes. I don’t know what is going on with this place but this sort of service is just horrible.
