Trail Animal Hospital

We just switched veterinarians and I’m so happy that we did. Trail Animal Hospital has very caring veterinarians and employees. They are very thorough and compassionate. My dogs have never had an examination so thorough before now. We were very impressed with the care they received. I highly recommend Trail Animal Hospital. The price is fare and the service is awesome! Oh, and they have plenty of parking right up front.

I’m so lucky to have Trail Animal Hospital for my pets. I have a cat, dog, and hamster, and they’re all patients there. The vets and the vet techs are so sweet and patient with my animals, even my littlest one, snowflake (hamster). They handled him with such care when he had his bladder stones. After giving him antibiotics he was back to his normal self. Duncan (dog) especially loves all the special treats he gets. Louie (cat) can be seen by the door getting entertained by the toy on the other side.

The staff and Doctors are friendly and experienced. My dog is always treated like a Prince with kindness and love, which makes for me and my pet a stressless visit.

We are first time dog owners therefore first experience with a spay surgery. Couldn’t have asked for a more caring, professional and kind staff. Everybody from receptionists, technitians and the doctors were very patient and kind to us as we were nervous and asking a lot of questions!
Even a few days after during recovery, they were great with follow up emails and answering our calls with more questions from us.
We feel very happy to have found this hospital :)

Have been bringing my dog Blue for about 4 years. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very caring and knowledgeable. I moved to Kendall but still make the 30-40min drive for my dogs care there because I value and trust them. Thank you Dr Lista and staff!

We had not been a regular patient, but had to go today with my little dog that had something seriously wrong. We were seen immediately and everyone was so kind and compassionate. As it turned out, she had to be put to sleep. Diagnosed with lymphatic cancer. It was the only choice to make with her condition. It would not improve. The vet, Dr. Gutierrez (I think) was so gentle with our Roo, and me and my daughter. They made it as gentle as possible to go through the euthanasia process. When I said I wanted to hold her head, the Dr asked if I would just like to hold her in my arms. I did, and my Roo passed quickly and softly. I would never hesitate to recommend the wonderful vet practice to anyone looking.

All reviews here are on point. Wonderfully great staff and Drs who take their time in making sure you understand your pets condition. Do not hesitate nor look any where else if in need of a veterinarian.

They are awesome!! They saw my dog quickly as a new patient and were kind and informative.

Today was a tough day for me as I had to put my dog of 15 years down. But Dr. Guevara and Dani (plus other members of the trail animal hospital team) made this experience so smooth for us. 5 of us went as we all wanted to say goodbye to our good girl and they accommodated us with their largest examination room. Also, they walked us thru all the steps and gave us all the time we needed. This is by far the best vet I have ever been to. They treat your animals like their own and genuinely care. Thank you all so much for making Zero’s last moments so memorable!

Love Dr Lista and her team..very professional and caring. Keep her hospital very clean and keeps up with new technology. I highly recommended!

This place overall is amazing. The staff is really nice and caring, the location is super cute and clean, and most importantly, I don’t feel like they cost an arm and a leg like other vet places. Dr. Lista is the best!

Excellent doctor and staff. When we were looking for a new vet for our cats, we looked at reviews for a multitude of businesses and noticed that Trail had NO Low Scores. After bringing our first cat Charlie (with some health issues)here, my wife and I completely understand why their ratings are all so high and for the record well earned. We start with the staff at the front desk who had a great attitude and a smile even at 8am on a Saturday before el cafecito was even ready. We move on to Patrick the Vet Tech that was just incredible with Charlie. He was caring and knowledgeable. Finally moving on to Dr. Guevara who is a Fantastic doctor. She is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time to talk to us and find out about Charlie. She ran all the necessary tests and explained everything thoroughly. She repeatedly asked us if we had any questions. She happily took her time to get to know us. For her to have taken that amount of time with us and our wait time to have been less than 10 min to get in (didn't even finish the paperwork) is truly astonishing.
My wife and I were extremely impressed with the entire facility and will be bringing all our pets here in the future. Great job all of you, truly.

The best 🙂 I have taken is my past and current pets here. The staff are always nice and helpful. The vet is very informative, transparent, and good at explaining the issues. I trust them with my pets. And the prices aren't super expensive. Highly recommend.

Our family really, really likes Trail Animal Hospital. Very clean office. The front desk ladies are extremely attentive and the most important reason: my dogs love Dr. Lista. It is a great vet office.

It's really hard to find a good vet, but I'm pretty sure this is the best one. Great explanations, reasonable prices, and excellent care. It's very clear that everyone cares about your pet.

I started going to Trail Animal Hospital as they offered TNR services for free a few years ago. Needless to say, they became the vet of choice for all the cats. Recently, I had an emergency for my dog and could not get an appointment at her regular vet. To make matters worse, I was out of the country. Desperately, I contacted Trail Animal Hospital and immediately I was given an appointment and my son proceeded to take her. Unfortunately, she had a torn CCL on her left back Paw. She was stabilized with meds until we returned. She had surgery and is doing great. I also recently had to put one of the cats down. She was about 19 years old. Dr. Aldama was incredibly caring and empathetic. I can't tell you enough about the staff. The administration, the technicians, and the doctors are exceptional. I have seen all three doctors, but I spend most of my time seeing Dr. Aldama. If you need a vet, I would recommend Trail Animal Hospital without hesitation!

Great service. Friendly staff, my dog had surgery with Dr. Lista- she followed up with me post surgery. She explained the procedure and the staff was great discussing post care. I know my dog is in great care at Trail animal hospital.
