Bought our Miniature Schnauzer puppy on March 27th, 2020. She has been such a delight. Puppy has been in perfect health since I got her. Staff at this store are very friendly and you could tell the dogs are well taken care of. I want to buy another one!

My wife and I were just browsing the area, with zero intention of getting a new pet.
We asked for a specific breed and the attendant gave us an exact description of the mini Aussies.
Once we looked at him, we liked him.
Yes, I may understand several of you might be against pet stores. But those pets, need a home too.
We were satisfied with the service. We asked questions about the breeder, the behavior of our new kid and other aspects we may need to know. We got all the answers.
We are happy with our new dog, Piko which means belly button in Hawaiian (a word my father in law used to call my wife and her siblings). Piko joins his older siblings, Ponchi (a 10 years old pug) and Pana, a 20 months old mini Aussie.

We had an amazing experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. We fell in love with our puppy and are so excited to give her a forever home. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family!

today I went into the store looking to just snoop around and pet some puppies, Marina was the one who took care of me and my family today and being honest with you guys, today I think I met the best salesperson in the world, ended up buying a beautiful frenchie and the worst part of this experience is I lived it!! Amazing experience. I called in to get an estimate on price ranges and they were very helpful. A lot of places won’t tell you a price range and make you drive. I found my first poodle and the proceses was super quick. All your questions will get answered. Best customer service in Miami.

Our family wanted to raise a puppy to adult so we went to the animal shelter first looking for a puppy and a couple of other puppy stores but this particular one we received an extremely great service by the young lady who was in the office her name is Genesis, she was very helpful and we made and informed decision with her feedback. The dog we liked although was not cheap, the place offers easy and quick financing, not great credit required, just regular standards. I definetely recommend the place.

I bought my toy yorkie from this place and I must say their customer service was great. 👍🏼Everything was explained in detail about the the puppy. They provide the vaccine records and their family tree and other records. They also provide the first vet visit for free.
