Publix Pharmacy at West Miami

great Publix and staff. the new manager Nancy is amazing and deeply cares about all customers and staff. victor and Olivia are excellent associates and great people skills as well. very friendly store.

I’ve been coming to this Publix since the first day they open, I live in West Miami.
This Publix was the best, you could find a lot of the items you were looking for. Ever since March 2020, it lacks the customer service I was accustomed to . Many times I order items on line to pick up and many times they are not ready and when they are I get the wrong item, I get turkey for ham,etc. most of the nice people I was used to are not there anymore and the new ones are very lost with not the best attitude. It’s really sad and bad.

A pharmacy that knows you by your full name without asking you. You are family and greeted as one. Super quick with prescriptions. Very informative

Had a prescription filled for first time using Goodrx coupon, the medication had three refills, somehow the refills where never given and dissapeared from the records. Had to get doctor to write new prescription. How could prescriptions just vanish from record?
