DR. Shirley is amazing, actually Listens!! Very thorough, makes you feel that she cares!! Hard to find now a days! Office staff is equally awesome.

I am so thankful I found her- she is an excellent Doctor ….. I referred my brother to her and she felt his stomach and found something no one else ever found — that required surgery! He is doing well after the surgery! I will continue to refer family and friends to her!
Thank you, Dr Shirley for caring about your patients! However recently it has been very difficult to get through on the phone…..
You need more people to answer phones so people are not on hold so long!!

I have been through three primary care doctors and have finally found Dr Shirley the person I was looking for all along!
However it is extremely hard to get anyone on the phone, I've been trying for 3 days and never get through, stuck in the endless loop of horrible music. I will drive there on Monday in order to speak with someone

You can't find a more caring doctor. And she's sooo knowledgeable. She has the patience of a saint. Once you are treated by her, you won't want to go go anywhere else.

Doctor shirley is incredible! She never makes you feel rushed and answered all your questions. She takes time with you to make you feel comfortable and feels like you’re talking to a friend! All bloodwork done in office makes it so easy. I trust her with all my medical decisions. We need more doctors like her!

This office is a 5 star. I was just there with my deaf family and Dr Kathy was extremely helpful and sympathetic. I have been to many Dr offices but this one is top notch from the phone calls, referrals, medication refills and all the staff is simply amazing. Thank you SO very much!

Dr. Shirley is the greatest doctor I’ve ever seen. I’ve been going to her for years. I love the fact that she’s a DO. However the girl who answers the phone is horrible. I’ve never had so much difficulty trying to get a message to the doctor. I called to get a Prescription and I’ve been waiting for days. Every time I try to reach out to the doctor I’m told that a message was sent to her. I know Dr. Shirley would never allow this. I tried to make an appointment and was told that she wasn’t available till next month. Meanwhile I need an antibiotic and I can’t wait for weeks till l can see her.

Waited 9 months to see her and worth the wait. Took her time asked questions and actually examined me! Most places don’t even touch you !!! Love that I can do blood work there as well…. No more quest appointments!!

I’m so happy that I finally found Dr. Shirley. My husband and I have been going to her for a while and we are amazed at how thorough and knowledgeable she is. She takes her time with each patient and treats you like you’re the only one. She is so caring and explains everything to you. I’ve never had a doctor as thorough as Dr. Shirley. If I could l would give her 10 ⭐. Her new office and staff are so friendly and accommodating. She’s the only doctor that has ever called me after hours. Her dedication is exceptional.

Dr. Shirley was recommended to me and my husband and we are so happy we established ourselves as patients with her and her practice. From the first phone call, to the exam, and through the check-out procedures, Dr. Shirley and her staff proved themselves to be professional, competent, and friendly. The staff that answers the phones are friendly, helpful and efficient. Before I was even off the phone while making our appointments I received an email including our new patient forms and our appointment confirmations. I had to make changes later to some appointments and the staff was accommodating and helpful. I also made a special request and they made sure my request was met. My husband and I had separate appointments but we both had the same experience and it was nice to know this practice is consistent regardless of the day. Dr. Shirley's Medical Assistant was friendly and personable and we were instantly at ease. During the exam Dr. Shirley took her time and she was very thorough in her exam and questions. She was not rushed or distracted and took the time to have a full conversation with us. She offered input and advice and showed genuine interest and concern for our health and well-being, all with a positive and friendly demeanor. To top the experience off, the check-out procedures and scheduling follow-up appointments was quick and effortless. Dr. Shirley and her staff certainly excel in their level of quality customer service and patient care. I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Shirley and staff and I am thoroughly pleased that we made the change to this practice.

Dr. Shirley is simply a lovely human being. She is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She takes time with you and asks lots of open ended questions. She genuinely cares.

The office staff is also great, very respectable and helpful. Everyone also wears masks, so it feels safer when you visit. I really love this place.

I have been seeing Dr. Megan Shirley now for over 4 years. And I have to say she is one of the most compassionate Doctor's I have ever had. Dr Shirley is a great doctor with a great heart that makes us (me and my wife Margo) feel like we are with someone one that really cares about us and about our well being. She makes are feel like we are almost part of her family... and besides all that she is a very good diagnostician...

Very nice office. Very nice staff. Dr. Shirley was very prompt and very informative. She went over my blood work and eased my fears. I will say we don't agree on HCQ (covid) but maybe she will come around! But overall she is very nice and very professional!

Met with Dr. Shirley for the 1st time today because Dr. Gunther was off today. She was very cordial, listen to my concerns, examined me and told me the plan of action and let me know to contact her if my situation did not improve by Sunday. Very professional and knowledgeable and would not hesitate to see her again. I am so pleased that Dr. Gunther has wonderful, caring associates that comprise the office.

Dr Megan Shirley is what a truly caring doctor should be. The time she spends with you from head to toe, and digs a little deeper into genetics and psychology. This includes habits we form and how one can change from bad to good. Just having the time Dr Shirley spent with me was more valuable than I would have expected. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shirley is the best. I've never had a doctor care the way she does. Struggling with PCOS since my 20s, I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel now that i'm under Dr. Shirley's care.
