Bayview Palms in North Miami is managed by NAI. The building is infested with mold and roaches, and is literally falling apart.

Shockingly unprofessional. Customer service is abysmal. Your emails and calls will be regularly ignored. I do not recommend this company to anyone for property management.

Went for a job interview in the middle of a huge storm. Was unable to finish the "test" because the power went out. They never returned my phone calls and would not see me when I went in person to finish the test. A couple of days later I was e-mailed I was not considered for the position. A bit un-professional approach in their hiring process. No consideration for others. It's better to be upfront with people instead of avoiding them.

I just rent a location in homestead royal gate plaza workers was working for the last couple week, yesterday my first day the a/c is not working not one get in contact with us there's not a manager who can call and give u an update on your request, the realtor never answer. In another word I regret to rent with this company if you can scape do it.
