It's hard to find a realtor with knowledge, experiences, and just done the job right efficiently and timely. The Zeder Team does just that. My wife and I got this beautiful single family home in the heart of Pinecrest in 2009 and sold it in 2017. Starting from taking pictures, advertising, conducting the showing and open house were effective and seamless. The Zeders were great to work with. They were prompt, professional and polite with requests or questions I had. Nathan was representing the other client and I represented myself with an attorny, but I still felt comfortable and they went out of their way to be there for me as well. Over all it was a great experience! I can't forget Rosie, she handles everything once under contract. She is super sweet and attentive to all aspects of the process and such great energy about her!

Sometimes you hit the jackpot and that is what we did with Judy and her team. Their terrific knowledge of the local real estate market and their exceptional understanding of current real estate trends both local and national made hunting for a house a breeze.
