Carballo Animal Clinic

This is a great vet office that I feel like I can trust. They spend a lot of time evaluating your pet and answering your questions. They don't price gouge or do unnecessary procedures like other places. Appointments are always on time and they fit me in same day when my dog was sick.

Also, while some employees speak mostly Spanish, they've never given me an attitude about not being able to speak Spanish well enough to describe all the vet situations, and even had a tech help me translate. I really appreciate that being in Westchester, thank you!

We took our dog Pepper for an opinion recommended by our primary Dr. Perez because our dog had been limping. Dr. Dominguez saw him and he diagnosed him even before the x-rays. He recommended surgery of the knee and we decided to do surgery on the same day. Our experience was very pleasant. Doctors and personnel were very helpful and understanding. We felt confident when we left him. I recommend this clinic and the staff. We are very grateful to God and to them that our Pepper is feeling much better and recuperating well.

The staff at Carballo Animal Clinic are all friendly and awesome. My cat gets really scared at the vet but they do a great job of keeping him calm to make sure the appointment goes smoothly. I’m so happy I found this office and would recommended to anyone in the Miami area!

Best Veterinary I’ve ever been to. The Doctor is so sweet to my pet and treats them like his own. He always gives Skye a kiss on her head and is very gentle with her. So glad I found this Vet clinic.

I brought my cat, Simba here for urinary symptoms. They gave me an appointment right away. When I arrived, I was seen with no wait time. The clinic is pristinely clean and the staff is very nice.
Doctor Diez was so sweet and he was great with my little Simba. He did a urinalysis and found crystals in my cat's urine. Simba got some medication and prescription food. I really appreciated that the doctor took time to explain everything to me so that I understood exactly what was happening because I was worried before I brought him in. I also really appreciated that they discussed pricing of each procedure/medication before doing it.
It's nice to find a place that I can trust with my furbaby. I was happy I came. Simba is already much better!

Best veterinarian clinic by far! For years I was taking my dog to banfield and they couldn’t figure out why he would get sick so often. After taking him to this clinic, they were able to determine he needed to be neutered and after it was done he’s been the healthiest happiest pup. Been taking him there since for yearly check ups and anything else. So satisfied and everyone is excellent from the front office staff to the vet techs. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing service! My cat was extremely ill. Weak, crying in pain, and hyperventilating. I called the office (on a Thursday) and they were able to schedule me within an hour of my call. I was nervous because I had a bad experience at a different animal hospital last year. But everyone here, from the front desk ladies to the vets who cared for my cat, were exceptional. They were gentle with my cat and helped stabilize her fairly quickly, in addition to going over the labs that would be done, the prices, and treatment for my cat. I am extremely grateful 🙏 🙏 10/10 would recommend.

Over and Over after so many years and so many dogs from me and my extended family, they prove themselves every time! They are the best! From the front desk, to the veterinarian assistants (so much patience, care, knowledge, and Love), to a whole family of doctors that have been there for our pets so many years! I love my dog more than anything in the world, but I know he is not easy at the vets or groomers. They know Kennedy by name and for them to be able to handle him its exceptional and unique. He is well behaved except there but they understand and are absolute professionals! I also recommend them and at the dog park let others know they are the best in town! They are truly people who love animals and understand each pets unique personality. Thank you to the Vet techs!!! And all the staff at Carballo!

There are not enough stars or positive review I can write to describe the level of care, patience and professionalism from the entire staff. Came with my father on an emergency basis with our 18-year-old dash hound and we were immediately treated with the expediency as if this dog was their own family member. On 2/24/2021 We had to make the toughest decision, to put our beloved Lachy ( 1 st photo ) of 12-13yrs to sleep...Dr. Ranset Diez helped us make the Compassionate decision after searching high and low for the culprit that made our Lachy terribly sick.... Now we have found a Baby Lachy ( 2nd photo ) to remember him every single day and we are taking him to the Wonderful Staff at Carballo...Thank You Dr. Diez, Ileana, Iraida, Valentina, Ana, Anisleidys....Forever Grateful....

I brought my cat here since he was having a coughing issue for weeks. The staff were very caring, compassionate, and made sure my little guy felt comfortable during the entire visit which I really appreciate. My cat is doing much better now, I highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for a reliable vet.

Excellent veterinary service. Clean, clean, and clean. Great space not congested with over crowding patients. Staff is the best. Very impressed with the Veterinarian, especially considering the grave condition of my dog. Very attentive, and his diagnosis was spot on. Prices were very reasonable. Service was quick and efficient.

Dr. Carballo and staff are the greatest. Our furry kids are treated VIP every time we visit. If you get the chance to ever go to Carballo Animal Clinic, you'll find out that every individual working at this office really cares and love what they do. WE have been going to Dr Carballo for about 5 years now. The staff is super friendly and they treat our princess with premier attention and give her love.

We also used to take our beloved cat Angel, but unfortunately he had to be put to sleep the office staff and the doctors were very compationted and humane when it was time to let go. We highly recommend Carballo Animal Clinic. Just wished the had and ER for when our pets get sick on the weekends.

Carballo animal clinic is the best vet clinic you can take your pets to. They have been our family vet for more than 10 years. This is how you can describe them, they become part of your family. I have 2 large dogs and three cats, they are older now and still well and happy. Dr. Carballo and all the staff were always there to help us, to save them! It is a very professional clinic, amazing staff, they can run most of the lab tests onsite, they keep your pet history and always give great medical advice. Our pets have survive dog cancer, cat med overdose and several urinary infections, arthritis, serious overweight, ulcers, stomach issues, you name it! They are more that qualified, super nice people, and more that fair on the prices. The clinic is always clean and tidy.

We took our senior dog to Carballo Animal Clinic for a total checkup, as she has been feeling very bad lately. What a great vet and staff. They are truly dedicated to the welfare of animals and do not push unnecessary medicines or treatments on you, as sadly, so many vets do now-a-days. We will be getting the results soon and the Vet recommended (for now) some over-the-counter medication for what seems to be gastritis. We were so pleased…can’t say enough.
