I am in my 70's and have shopped at Office Depot for almost 20 yrs. In July 2023 I went into the Alexandria, LA store not knowing what I needed for my new phone. An associate found me and gave excellent assistance. He found everything I needed. He was polite, helpful and knew his stuff. The cashier was also cheerful. This was the best experience I have had at Office Depot. This is not to say that I have had bad experiences, JUST that this was the best.

Ordered online, was ready for pick up in 20 minutes. At the front of store when I got there. Super convenient!

Office Depot in Alexandria, LA has great staff who are very helpful to their customers. As busy as the store was at the time I was in there, they made sure all my questions were taken care of and I purchased a printer for my business which was the best for my needs.

Fast friendly and moved with a sense of urgency,also I loved the suggested sales and knowledge on donations that the business currently supports .

First time in awhile that a clerk offered to help. He was beyond efficient. After showing me the ink cartridges I asked for he offered a less expensive alternative. His manager stepped in and combine some separate cartridges at the combo price. Just very quick and pleasant. In the end I should almost get 2x the printed pages as with the other brand. Thanks guys.

I was able to find a specific pen I wanted on sale at Office Depot. I ordered online, drove to the store, and the item was in the pick-up bin, a very convenient purchase.

Store associate Sarah provided outstanding customer service and is very knowledgeable on the store products.

I was not aware of the service of cutting off the binding of a book and making it a spiral bound book. This store not only did it for me while I waited but the price was so inexpensive. Excellent service !

I went looking for a specific computer. I asked a young man for assistance, & I got helpful service from a very polite associate.

Store was clean, employees were helpful, and we got helped soon after arrival. We did show up towards the end of their work day (7:30-ish, I think?), since they close at 9 PM, so maybe that was why so many employees were congregating near the front? I think we were the only customers at that time.

Office Depot has a variety of "office products", technology, and office furniture. There's also some miscellaneous stuff to buy. Mom was looking for a new laptop, and Walmart was sold out of the one she wanted. She couldn't find it online, like the employee there suggested, so she bought one for free (same day) pick up. Only complaint there is that she didn't receive a confirmation email letting her know she could pick it up.
