There was a clerical error when I ordered the San Miguel aerosol online. It took time to contact them and sort it out. Then, they misheard my address over the phone. In the end, they tried one third time, out of their own expenses, to ship the aerosol to me… and it arrived!

In no uncertain terms I must emphasize: they are professional. This process was no doubt strenuous for them (the worst of which was them paying $15 to ship it again), but I never felt any disrespect. They will have my business in the future for this reason.

Note: There are probably practices that could and should be implemented to prevent misunderstandings like this (such as emailing or texting to confirm shippings). However, I understand that they are a small business, and that can strain a lot of processes, especially if the right digital infrastructure is not in-place. I cannot fault them much for it.
