Before I hired Martin, I interviewed with at least 9 others attorneys. My brother had a very complicated case ( criminal and immigration) with no chance for him to win the case ( get deported). All the nine attorneys advised me that my brother doesn't have a chance to win his case, but still wanted me to pay them anyway to try.

Martin looked into the case, and found we have a big chance to win. hen guided us with everything that had to be done. Martin worked very hard on my brother case, and he was able to win. he followed up with me with every little update. he always was available to answer all my questions. he took his time to go over all the details with my and my brother. he drove many times to the detention center ( 3hours away from Miami)to meet with my brother. he is worth all the time and the money you will spend with him. Martin J. Rivas was a God send for me and my family. My mother's case was an absolute mess from top to bottom. Using his assertiveness and legal knowledge, he was able to secure my Mother's release from Glades County Detention Center where she was held for Four months. ICE caught my mother with an order of removal/deportation and fought with all his might to secure her release. Additionally, he was able to convince the Immigration Judge to drop the charges and rescind the order of removal!!!! Which many of you know, is like winning the lottery in this country with the current Immigration climate. My family is whole again, and it is all because of the unwavering passion, dedication and diligence Dr. Martin J. Rivas has towards his clients and sense of duty and justice he has for the law.
