Bus arrives on time. Several notifications are sent. Drivers are polite and caring.

We have had great service. We have used BRATS multiple times in the past two months. Everyone from start to finish has been very nice. We also had left an item on the bus by our own fault and I can't say enough how great your team worked with us to get it back. Special thank you to Ron!!! The service you provided for such a great price is very rare and a privilege for us here in Baldwin county.

The drivers I have enjoyed getting helpful rides from on a budget I can afford. I do not drive or own a personal vehicle yet manage to be a world traveler. The schedulers are always courteous and I like talking to them. I don't know why the complainers are grumbling as there were no specifics to mention.

Recently I had to leave my car for a day and night at Thomas Hospital. When I got home (Silverhill), I called Brats to schedule a ride the following morning back to the hospital. The lady answering the phone (helpful, polite, courteous) let me know that I would be picked up at the end of my driveway between 9 and 9:15. I was picked up at 9:05 and given a pleasant ride to my car. The bus driver (Stephen) was very pleasant and even asked us riders about the comfort level of the air conditioning (It was good.). It was a wonderful experience and cost only 1/10th the price of the taxi ride home the day before.

Brats drivers great service to shrimp festival. Husband uses walker and drivers were great and right there to help him in every way! Thanks again to all!

The buses are equipped with a wheelchair lift for people with walkers or in a wheelchair.

Drivers are personable, professional and always on time.

Drivers are nice but the system is messed up. Sometimes there are rides and sometimes there are none. Sometimes they are early sometimes they are late. Very inconsistent

Well for those who depend on getting to work this bus company use a computer program to load there seats and what I knew w it stinks it was there fuel with only one seat full and rest empty instead of fill the bus two it got so many holidays that they think we don’t work holidays there wrong to make money you should be running from 5am to 10 pm and you should run on all holidays cause some of use depend on the bus they should run on weekend at this point they are joke should only be use as charter bus cause they act like one

They play around with you. And when you have a problem they will argue with you like you a joke. The only thing good at that service is the bus driver are kindness then the addiction you get from the ladies that lie to their clients about the service just because they are spiteful. The system stinks and the service need work specially if you are disable and you have to go to work and need the so called reliable Brats bus to help you out. We need a new bus system ones that will close down the Brats that be my happy wish.

Made me walk with baby and car seat 10 mins to road because "bus couldn't come through" my park when the garbage trucks can fit. Tell you different pick up times. And charged me full adult price for a baby. They are scam and a joke!! I was stranded for 4 hours with a baby and they said they would be there 2 hours earlier...

Can not imagine any other bus being made so poorly than the brats bus. Did they just leave the suspension with metal pipes? Horrible bus to ride unless you like your back being snapped in half.

This is hands down the worst bus ride ever unless you want to feel like the Tectonic plates underneath your feet are moving at a rapid pace and causing apocalyptic earthQuakes and shaking everything around you like megatron has risen once more then walking would be the better option
