I visited the Carterville post office to obtain passports for my children and myself. As soon as we entered, the customer service was exceptional. Miss Patricia, who assisted us, was especially helpful, going the extra mile when I encountered a minor problem with my passport application. The entire staff was amiable and hospitable. Although I don't reside in Carterville, it's an excellent choice for postal services and passport processing. My thanks to Miss Patricia and all the staff present on January 19, 2024, around 11 AM.

They are always kind and helpful. They have been able to help me with various situations.
Local post office numbers should be listed on the web site. Difficult to find direct number when I left my credit card and needed to speak to someone.

Went into the post office with completed paperwork (mostly) and other required documents for passport renewal the day after Thanksgiving. Short wait in line, but my experience with USPS agent Lisa was great! She was very pleasant, helpful with the process and very knowledgeable about what was needed to ensure that the results of the transaction were successful for me. I didn't expect a visit to the post office to "make my day", but it did. :-) Great customer service and a wonderful experience!

Friendliest, most professional and helpful postal employees you will ever find anywhere! And the funnest! Love how they interact with customers and treat everyone like they are glad to see them come through the door, even close to closing time. ❤

Just wanted to share how much I love this place. The guys are always so friendly and help me in anyway they can. Been coming here for years now and will continue to come here just because of the wonderful costume service.

So lucky to have found this location! Surprised that not every Post Office offers a "shute" for boxes, but this one does! Every US Post Office should support local small businesses by offering this option. Thank you Cartersville.

I just wanted to thank the very kind postal man that recognized me struggling with my anger/anxiety with my toddler and offered his hand and helped me take deep breaths. In a world forced into separation, some empathy and a kind hand helped me in my moment of weakness.
