I had such a great experience at Tmobile thanks to Akayla, she was extremely nice and greeted me with a dazzling smile. Great mannerisms & quick to help walk me through the process of working my phone & transferring info. She was very thorough in her check to make sure I had all I needed. She’s so kind and in knowledgeable of the phone system. Definitely need more kind souls like this in every industry to assist customers. I will recommend her to anyone that comes in that location. She should get a raise!

I came in mad and pissed about the last phone company I was with then I met the Manager Sky who was the best ever. She helped me out gave me the best deals ever. Her customer service was omg loved it. I work doing customer and she showed me a few things to make me a better manager. Thanks Sky you are the best.

I came into t mobile and Skylyn assisted me in getting a new ipad. She was awesome with a great personality! I really enjoyed my visit at this location I came in because my phone was acting weird I had Ms.Alexa check out my phone although she isn’t a cell phone technician she still managed to put effort into finding a solution for me. Her effort and beautiful smile definitely made my day
