I had Movers Direct move an old and heavy upright piano for me. The experience from initial phone call to inquire about their services and the actual job itself was pleasurable and painless! Very reasonable prices too! It’s refreshing to actually find a company that exceeds expectations!

I sold a house in Chattanooga while living in Florida. Movers directly went in my house and packed all of my belongings and bright it down here to me. Movers direct were professional, pleasant and efficient. The cost was very reasonable. I would suggest anyone that needs a mover to call Movers Direct.

Great overall experience! Coordinator Christy was on top of it, very efficient and friendly. The moving team, Lamar, Michael, and Steve, were awesome - hard workers, smart, efficient, friendly, and happy to help in any way. Couldn't ask for a better team.

Movers Direct is the way to go! Skylar, Shawn, and James moved us from Lookout Mountain to Trenton and they were FANTASTIC! Very professional, courteous, and so understanding of our kids being around! I highly recommend Movers Direct for your next move!

On September 7, 2023 I used Movers Direct for the 3rd time. This team Lamar, Isaac and Ben did a great job. They arrived on time. I told them what I needed done. They were efficient and got the job done in less time than I expected. I was very pleased and I felt I got my money’s worth. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs movers.

We used Movers Direct for an in town move in Chattanooga yesterday. I can't rate this company high enough. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they were incredibly efficient with their time. Everyone on their crew was very nice and worked extremely hard. They were careful with our things and with the houses on the load out and load in. If we move again, we will have them do the move for us again. Use this company! Thank you so much! This is the third time that we have used the services of Movers Direct ,and it was a complex move, involving picking up furniture from Florida, warehousing it briefly, and then delivering it to California. Kristy, the owner, communicated with us each step of the way, as did the three person crew. They were punctual both in pick up and delivery, and everything arrived in good shape. I highly recommend Movers Direct LLC!

My mom recently bought a house, and movers direct was a godsend! They showed up at 7:59, and were polite, professional, and FAST! They were hoisting furniture alone that took 3 people to bring in, and pausing to answer a question while looking like they were holding a pillow. My brother rudely pointed out as they opened the truck to unload that they had already done far more than we had accomplished the entire past two days. The price was incredibly reasonable, and they were even good natured about moving some furniture after it didn't fit as expected. 10 stars!!

I’d highly recommend Movers Direct. I moved on a day when it was pouring rain all day. No problem for these guys. They were upbeat and kind to one another, quiet and worked extremely hard to get the job done right. They took great care to keep my items dry. Nothing was a problem. I will be using them again fir sure.

They were quick, efficient, careful and very kind while moving my new bedroom furniture into the house. Even offered to move a couple of other pieces of furniture back into place since I had moved those things out of their way prior to the delivery. We made over a 500 mile move on 6/5/20. They were on time and very professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and treated our furniture and other belongings like it was theirs. We were worried that we may need two truck which would have cost us more money but they are able to get our 4 bedroom house into one truck. Not a scratch on anything. I would highly recommend this company, not only for their care for your belongings but also for the value. They were thousands cheaper than anyone else we got a quote from.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. My mom moved out of the house she lived in almost 40 years. They packed and loaded her house and transported it 4 hours away to her new home. They took a stressful experience and made it flawless. I definitely recommend this company.
