Our 10 year anniversary is coming up, and we wanted to upgrade our rings. I’m very sentimental, and I was hesitant on trading in my wedding set we had purchased through them before. Kimberly was patient and so helpful with what I had chosen. We’re so happy! Elle was so helpful with the final purchase as well. She helped me let go of my wedding set lol They were there when I picked them up from being sized! Will not go anywhere else!!!!

I always have a good experience here, but this most recent visit was exceptional. Angelique helped me pick out a few new things I was treating myself to after trading in some items from my previous marriage. She made the experience fun and stress-free, when it could have easily become overwhelming. Thank you Angelique!! Additionally, I was pleased to see they now have a partnership with a jewelry insurer, which makes set-up a breeze!

Exceptional service from Angelique, who was also very informative. I have always liked visiting, she is yet another fine salesperson that made me and my wife smile! We were actually only there for a ring cleaning on both of my wife's diamond wedding rings.

I can't say enough things about Josh and Gordon at the Kennesaw location. When I say they changed my life...they did and yes I know we are talking about jewelry how we my journey has been hard. And a few years ago my main stone somehow fell out at white water park. I was devastated I went to Shane co and Josh saw my heart break... My main stone is a heart shaped and when I say josh searched high and low it's true store after store to find a heart diamond close in size and fat instead of a long heart. He was a god send when I thought hope was lost. So fast forward to a few days ago when I needed a clean and dip. I went in and Gordon and I connected from the first look he helped me and we chatted for a good 20 min he didn't rush me, and he reassured me not only that my rings would always be cared for but when I expressed the reason my side stones were Ruby (my daughter that passed was named RubySue) he held my hand and gave me such comfort he felt like the dad I never had... All in a drop off of a cleaning.... So if your ever in the market to get cared for like family and shown compassion and respect, that's the only place to go hands down. Shane co for my jewelry for life thanks to these guys!

Everyone is very friendly and they don't pressure you on buy anything. I had a hard time choosing a tennis bracelet between two jewelrys. But at Shane's they explain everything that goes with your purchase and it was a no brainer.. Thanks alot. By the way my wife loves the bracelet

My husband and I had the best experience picking out our rings with Shane Co off of Ernest Barrett Pkwy in Kennesaw, GA. When we put our ring together, they did an excellent job explaining all of the details of the diamond, their benefits and warranties, and they had an excellent selection. The free ring cleaning has been convenient, and we would definitely go back for other jewelry.

I had a very good experience with Shane. I was greeted at the door and given quick service. I initially could not find what I was looking for. I described and she went back and found exactly what I wanted. My wife loved the pearl/diamond earrings.

This time was no different. Bought some wonderful earrings for a birthday, and the staff were very helpful. They had to ship the item in from one of their stores in California, but it was delivered ahead of promised time, and quality was excellent as usual.
