Carol's Cafe

Skip the other places and come here. This place is “down home” and been around forever because they have great food and treat you like family. It’s the kind of place I’ve been searching for that rarely exists now (anywhere near the city). Don’t let the outside or atmosphere fool you. You will walk away full and happy. And the menu selection is fantastic. Good southern food “meat & 3” at a reasonable price. Breakfast all day. Come stop in

This is a no nonsense sort of place and it was lovely. Don't go if you're looking for fancy ( the seats are worn and a bit frayed), but the service was friendly, the food was good, and the prices reasonable. 🙂

When you think Café Food, Carol's is your place that you want to go. It's a wonderful little hole in the hall restaurant but they are worth your time to check out. My partner and I go there every so often when we want Café style food because we know what we are getting with Carol's and thats a good meal and awesome service. I love their chicken fried steak and my partner loves their hamburger steak. My partner and I have been to many of steak houses where she's ordered her steaks medium rare and they all have come medium well, every time she orders her hamburger steak at Carol's it's come out medium rare every single time.
I'm big on consistency and Carol's has hit that mark every time.
I would suggest checking them out. And as always be kind to the staff at any restaurant you go to they're hard workers like you and me.

Carol's has become our go to. Whether its my son and myself or him and his wife, they see us every week now. Food is great. Try the biscuits and gravy or a larger meal, the chef gets it right and the ladies make you glad to be there.

A hidden gem! We met friends here for Sunday breakfast. Our waitress, Brenda, was super attentive with the coffee. All of the food was great! We will be back!

Best breakfast around. If you have ever been to the Silver Skillet in Downtown Atlanta, this is the Marietta version. Many local 'regulars' eat here and most of the time they greet you with a friendly 'hello' when you come in. After I had come a few times, Brenda even remembers my order! My favorite is country ham, eggs, grits and a biscuit, which are large, fluffy, and made daily. I believe they have every breakfast meat known to mankind. This is not a pretentious fancy place, its been here for decades just serving great food. Mc

Ordered Biscuits n gravy, Country fried Steak, eggs, toast....I've only ordered breakfast, However, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Best place for great comfort food on Barrett Pkwy! Had the skillet; delicious and filling. Can't wait to go back for lunch and then supper!

A great place for normal people to get real food. The have a great selection of items from which you can order a custom plate of food. Service is prompt and prices are very reasonable.

Don't know about the atmosphere since I ordered thru door dash, but the food was very good! Got biscuits and gravy and pancakes and eggs and bacon. Got here quickly and was well packaged so it arrived in good shape. Will order again, and I want to try some of their lunch plates as well.

Everything is home made, waitresses aren't fake. You can tell by the regulars it is a hidden gem.

A fantastic little Cafe! A very down to earth feel, nice atmosphere, cool decorations on the walls. Enjoyed the food and got good service, would definitely be back.

I love the atmosphere in this little restaurant. The ladies greet you as soon as you enter and you’re allowed to sit wherever (at least this was my experience on a Thursday afternoon). The food is actually really tasty like a home cooked meal. The biscuits are heavenly and my food was hot. I highly recommend the gravy! Yum 😋
