My Designer was fantastic, the Website was easy to navigate and use. With any remodeling project, things go wrong. Their Customer Service personally worked with me, they were Courteous and Prompt fixing what I needed. Shipping was quick. The cabinets are good quality and the colors we chose were great! would recommend to anyone!

I ordered some samples--super easy and am pleased they don't charge shipping for them. They arrived quickly; wow, I'm impressed with the quality. My client loved the samples (making me look good).

I visited them to see their products in person and had the pleasure to meet Nicole - she is fabulous. They have a nice display in their showroom.

Stop paying absurd amounts for someone else to install cabinets. My father and I installed these cabinets in about 3-4 weekends. I purchased them fully assembled and they arrived very well packaged with no damage. Seriously, just watch Youtube videos and do it yourself! The pride after walking into this kitchen and knowing we did it all, is awesome!

Ordered cabinets Friday. Good prices and this is one of the only places to get the sizes I needed. Found an issue with the order and chatted with Nicole this morning. She was very helpful and we were able to resolve the issue . Much appreciated Nicole! Great customer service.

We used the RTA cabinets. They are solidly built, have metal shelf supports and wood corner blocks, no plastic. Customer service is responsive and calls are answered by a real person who can help you quickly. A really great experience and we are so happy with the cabinets.

Michelle was awesome! She made cabinet selection so easy and simple. We had so many options and colors to choose from it made coordinating the cabinetry with
our flooring easy. Highly recommend Prime Cabintery to anyone needing cabinets.

Placed large order for an out of stock cabinet pull.
Was contacted by Michelle early this week and advised they were in stock. Was not able to attempt the purchase until I returned home 3 days later. Out of stock again, but Michelle, Alex, and their staff/support was able to complete the order quickly and easily. Call backs were prompt and friendly. Got to love dealing with competent people. Same outstanding support on 2 previous cabinet orders.

If you’re looking for a great deal and excellent customer service, look no further. Prime Cabinetry is the place. I purchased a complete kitchen setup 5-years ago for my new home. They were very easy to assemble (if you are a DIY'er). Had some fright damage, they took care of it right away. Just sent in for a set of hinges worn out and they replaced them for free. I'm a very picky person so believe me when I say these are worth the money and time.

This started off with me calling around locally and shopping on line for kitchen cabinets that were already assembled. I had not really heard or thought of RTA cabinets but a contractor told me about the idea which led me to a search. After a few price comparisons and reviews, I randomly gave this company a call and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and knowledgeable they were. This was even the fact when I asked for more info and received an email with info and pictures in it. After, coming up with my design, I ordered the cabinets for a fraction of what I was quoted everywhere else. They were constructed of ply wood and were really solid. I watched videos from the site on how to assemble and was off to the races. I would totally use again.

Have been working with their outstanding design team for a few weeks to get the design just right. They have been very flexible and patient as we continue to make changes. Hoping to dial it in and get approval to move forward with our purchase soon! Will update this review once we have gotten our cabinets in, assembled and installed!

I spent two separate sessions on the phone with Rich. The first call we had some design issues regarding cabinet space for the install. He empathized contracting him when I ordered so he could apply the appropriate notes to make the install work.

The second call he made the appropriate notes into my order. Since Prime Cabinetry no longer sells liners and vent fans, Rich took me to a web site and made sure I ordered a liner and vent fan that would fit the hood.
