Quick Delivery Office Supply

Website was easy to navigate and they had a plethora of items to choose from. After ordering I had the items the next day. Really great customer service. Again, easy to order and the delivery time was EXCEPTIONAL!

I contacted the company on April 12th, looking into why I still have not received an order I placed on Amazon by their company. Their reply was that I am correct I did not receive the package because I did not give them a real address to ship to and that USPS was unable to deliver my order. I have been using Amazon for over six years using this same address, including orders shipped using USPS. This company has been the only company that has failed at successfully delivering an order to a building that accepts packages 24 hours a day. Ironically, every other company in that order was able to successfully deliver my order.

There is no reason the package should not have been delivered to my address unless the package was never shipped or an error on their part. The company is refusing to send my order or provide me a refund.

Not very helpful! Called looking for a product they had listed online. The person I spoke to (Who never identified themselves) said they didn't have it. Then when I said I saw them online said, "Oh then we must have it". He didn't know anything. All he kept asking was "Who are you with?" I wanted to buy FROM them and I was treated like I was a nuisance. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

BUY AND BEWARE! Seller doesn't care whether you are satisfied or not! Bought on eBay; product as not described; response was nasty.
