Hello! I usually don’t give reviews but had the best experience buying our new bed from Chandra at the new RTG in Altamonte. She introduced herself when we walked in, explained the showroom setup, gave us just enough space & excellent service. It was an easy & comfortable transaction & we cant wait to sleep in our new bed! Excellent customer service! As soon as we got in, we were greeted by Devon and she let us do our thing. When we were ready, she came back to us and answered all of our questions and made sure we got what we needed. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above and beyond. She even made time to talk to our 7-year old son and made him feel included. I definitely recommend dealing with her when visiting this location!

I just moved into my first home as an adult, I was very excited to put my first set of couches in it. I had a specific vision and budget, and my sales associate Devon showed me some beautiful options that checked all of my boxes. She was upbeat, patient, and apparently highly requested! She had several regulars interject to tell her hello or let her know they wanted to be next, but she never wavered until I had picked out exactly what I wanted and she had gotten me set up for payment. My next visit I’ll definitely be requesting Devon again.

Beware of Acceptance Now.

We purchased one of the Cindy Crawford bedroom sets. As always, the Quality of the wood and workmanship at Rooms to go is exceptional. However, I will advise against using Acceptance Now. It's an option for people that don't want to use credit and want to pay off the loan in 3 months. This system felt like a scam. A lot of fees. We ended up paying about $500 more for using that option due to the 10% charge, the requirement to have $200 insurance on furniture, as well as an additional hidden tax. Lastly, the contract has a clause that if you don't pay it off in 90 days, the account goes back to the original amount. Meaning, my loan was for 2000, if in 90 days I pay half of the loan, it goes back to 2000!! Please try not to use that payment system.

I highly recommend their furniture. Customer service was great as well. We plan on purchasing a dining set in a few months.

I give them 5 stars because not everyone will use that payment system. I don't think it's even part of Rooms to go.

I spent a month searching for the right fit for my small living room. Devon was amazing! Definitely ask for her when you go to the new Altamonte store. This is my second couch from R2G. The last one I bought was 9 years ago and it was still going strong but I wanted a change. The fireballs definitely approve too!

I am happy to say this is my second purchase at the Altamonte Springs location with the assistance of Devon. She is a very professional, smart, attentive to details, and very pleasant young lady who not only assisted me in finding all the furniture I was looking for, but also took care of a little misshaped issue with ease and care. Amazing service and quality! The furniture is so well built and of high quality compared to everything we saw around. We had an issue with the table top and the customer service is SUPERB!! They sent replacement without questioning!

I love Rooms To Go. i have bought several pieces of furniture there over the years, and have always been very satisfied. We were shopping for new sofas to replace our 17-year-old models. Anthony, our sales representative, was kind and patient and informative in every way. Rooms To Go will always be my favorite furniture store.
