Walmart

3/1/24 I had the pleasure of meeting Tamia/Customer Service while returning an item. She greeted me with a warm welcome and refunded my money without judgement. Thank you for hiring such a friendly person! She is the epitome of customer service and should be utilized to orient staff in order to retain customers. Also, I would like recognize the women's fitting room attendant. (I regret not getting her name, but it was around 8pm.) She was a wonderful employee too!!! I love that she had joy in her heart, with a smile to match! She wished me a nice evening. A third interaction involved an attending at the self check-out area. Again, I failed to get her name, but she had short hair and wore glasses. She greeted me with a "hello" and a smile.
That's 3 for 3!!!
When customer attentiveness is performed, this speaks volumes. A simple smile, a "thank you", a "Have a nice day/evening" greeting, goes a long way. Walmart cares to bringing courteous people on board. I will return.

ALWAYS lower prices than most other stores! Personally I adore the self-check out. I can go a lot faster and double check prices. Plus there is room for many more registers, so rarely a line/wait.

(For those who think they are "doing a cashier's job" 🙄by simply scanning their own items, how do they feel about self service gas pumps?!

There are still plenty of workers... the registers don't take away jobs...instead they are usually watching nearby).

This Walmart is nice & pretty well organized. Unfortunately, Walmart’s employees in general are not friendly & some of them rude. Customer Service skills is not the company’s priority, at least, in my opinion.

I never give reviews for Walmart, I mean it's all pretty much selve Serv. But today I couldnt find something in the coffee isle, and this lady named Tina took the time to look for it and found it for me. I was impressed. She was awesome and should get a pat on the back or something!

This Walmart is not as big as what we may be used to, but you will find household items, personal care items, clothing, and some food. My experience with customer service was very good, as was the organization of the products throughout the store.

Walmart is Walmart! But this one seems to have a better staffing system, you can always find someone if you need help. The store us clean the majority of the time and you can find items easily via the signage or the app

Had to return a car battery that wouldn't hold a charge that I bought the end of November. It was fast and easy. The cashier named Blu was so polite and friendly.

Helpful staff with a massive array of products for virtually all your needs and wants

They had everything I needed store was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing would recommend is a water machine as had spot to return bottles but didn't see a machine to fill the bottles. Will recommend to anyone and will definitely return.

HUGE shout out to Bobby at Customer Service who stayed cool, calm, and super professional in the face of a challenging customer. The absolute epitome of professionalism! I was and remain very impressed! An absolute Walmart STAR!

Keri a pharmacy tech was wonderful and so helpful. Hope management will recognize her professionalism and delightful personality.

Meet a gentleman. I believe his name was Paul, a produce clerk super personality and helpful.
He told me he has been with Walmart for over 20 years, and so has his wife! 👏💯
I was asking him how he liked working for Walmart because I'm Semi retired and spent 34 years in the grocery operations.
He was very positive and helped me find the ginger as well!
It was exciting to see and hear an employee speak positive about their job! Thank you!

Sheimary was so nice. Helped me to the fullest extent to find what I needed. Even when we gave up looking she came and found me. Thank you walmart

Good place to shop without the stress of the walmart supercenter. Small store like the old ones (before the supercenter and the market walmart opens) with nice employees, nice items to choose from and good parking lot, and also, have a nice pharmacy when you can drop off or pick your medications fast and almost without wait. It's better to shop there at night time or early in the morning because the store is almost without any customers and you can freely walk and shop easily.

One place for all your needs. I had gone there to purchase birthday gifts & was satisfied with a wide range of options for all age groups.

Very nice, ample and clean. Well stocked but didn't feel overstocked or messy. Isles were not crowded with items. Summer items are on clearance already, we got floaters for $2. They have groceries

Best place to shop for anything you need. Mostly groceries though. Wide variety of kosher food items, only thing i wish they sold was kosher meat.

Needed hair products. It was clean and very organized.
How ever yall need to bring g back Crown Royal Grease for hair.

Great WalMart, it's spotless clean, very-well run, well stocked & short on nothing, fast check-out and no distractions, dramas or questionable people hanging out inside or outside. This is a WalMart you want to go to.

I'm like most people and never look forward to going to Walmart.
That said, I LOVE this particular store. I've been going here a few times a month for the past year and the employees are ALWAYS so nice, the store ALWAYS has just what I need, the bathrooms are ALWAYS clean, I could go on and on.
One last thing, even the other customers here are ALWAYS nice.
Whatever formula the managers here are using, it needs to be shared with other Walmart stores.
