The Home Depot

A few months ago, I visited this store to purchase new tile flooring. I was amazed and impressed on just how helpful Liana was. We had purchased kitchen appliances previously where she assisted us as well. I met another lady: Marie. She and Liana were the Dynamic Duo. They went above & beyond in assisting me. Fast forward to now, I was also impressed with the assistance I received from Theresa & Enid. These ladies in addition to Liana & Marie stepped in every time I needed help or had questions. What else can I say. When service exceeds expectations, it deserves to be recognized and that is my intention. Thank you ladies for taking great care of us.

We had a Christmas tree emergency & went to the Altamonte Springs Home Depot. Mr. Rob & Mr. Eric in the Fresh Christmas Tree tent helped us find the perfect tree for our stand, trimmed & loaded the tree. Thank you so much, gentlemen! Your help means the world to us! Awesome job!

I have had the pleasure to work consistently with two employees at this location while working in the vacinity of this store. The pro desk has mikeyna (I hope I spelled it right 🫣) and Enid in flooring! You two have been amazing and I’m so greatful to have met you both! Recognition is due! You two are amazing! Thank you!

While looking for a electrical connection at the Electrical aisle, a gentleman named Steve came over to help us. We couldn’t find the part and then he said follow me to the lighting section. He began to look for it and then asked the lighting sales person about it. This gentleman went from 1 department to another department to help us. After a good 15 minutes we asked who he was , and he replied Steve a assistant Manager. Well all I can say is Home Depot has a great Assistant Manager working for them and should be recognized. Thank you Steve for going out of your way to help a customer.

Roger at the plant section helped me transport the plant I got to my car even he was busy. He’s friendly, courteous and kind. Thanks again Roger and more power to you!

Robin and Pam are experts in customer service! Polite and prompt! I had my issue addressed in less than 5 min! Give these ladies a raise!!!

Mr. John at the Fan department was Exceptionally, he assisted us without hesitation, helped us with our fan selection, he’s friendly and courteous!

I went to Home Depot after I was treated rudely and ignored at Lowe’s this morning. Patrick helped me find the equipment I needed with rental options as well. He was so helpful and sweet to me. Then I went to the garden center and Jeff asked me if he could help me with all the heavy lifting. He was knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to make my project go more smoothly. He even loaded it in the truck for me. His attitude was so absolutely wonderful!! I will forever shop at Home Depot!

It's feel like Christmas. Super clean. Friendly staff. Got all what I wanted

So far so good. We're in love with this freezer chest. If you buy this freezer and you lay it down in your car make sure you don't plug it up until 24 hours. You can do 8 hours but I did 24 hours. I love that this freezer has a light. Check out the pictures and see for yourself. I love ❤ home Depot. Great customer service and they always asking if you need help. 😃 😊

Went into the garden section for some soil and seed starting kit. Found the soil right off, but had to ask about the kit. Ronnie at the register told me exactly where they were located in the store so was able to locate it quickly. Like going here as I'm able to bring my dog in on his leash rather than leave him in the hot car.

I had a very good experience in the customer service department regarding an issue with a Traever grill I had purchased at the store in Lake City, Florida. Janet was the customer service representative and she was very courteous and helpful in quickly resolving this issue.

A couple months ago, I had a chair that needed a couple of screws In the screws/bolts aisle I met an amazing woman named Laurie who would end up helping me fix the chair. What I didn't expect was how kind and how much customer service knowledge she had. She never complained, had an issue with my lack of knowledge, or asked for anyone to come and help. We talked for almost an hour about music, family, life and so much more. She took time to help me find exactly what I needed and gave me the best experience I have ever had at a Home Depot, let alone any department store. I'd give her an 11 star review if I could. She was simply amazing.

I love this store. It's my home town store. 9.5 times out of ten they always have what I'm looking for. I go in get what I need, and I'm out. The staff is very friendly when I occasionally interact with them,but most of the time I have no need to. Because I know where everything is by now lol. I probably should get a part time job here just to help out lol.I would shop here over that store that starts with a L word any day of the week ...
