Laura was great. She listened to what we were looking for and even the type of flooring and other furnishings we had while helping us look at options. She found us the perfect La-Z-Boy even putting it on a higher base for my husband to try, since he is tall. She remembered what we said about our current furniture and showed us different color options to switch out the handle and the base to match.
Thoroughly explained all the warranties and options, available and arranged for a quick delivery with our schedule.

Sales Associate Sharon and her designer, Lily, were a dream to work with. Like a doctor, Sharon knew which chair and sofa we were seeking would be best for our diverse body types and room setup. When coverings weren't what we sought, Lily on the design team came up with selections that would. Lily was able to find the sofa we wanted in another state, which was great, too. We paid a bit more than intended and we will have to wait a bit to get what we want, but that's okay to get a quality product with a great warranty that fits our needs.

Michelle at La-Z-Boy was AMAZING! I told her what I was looking for and she said something like, “Give me a minute and I will locate all the couches that meet those criterion.” As I relaxed on a couch, she found just what I had inquired about. She took me straight to those couches. When I pointed out a couch or two along the way inquiring, “I am curious, why we didn’t look at those?” She replied with the specifics as to why the couch didn’t meet my criterion. I was really impressed. She knew the features of all couches in the whole store and saved me a significant amount of time and mental/detail overload. She wasn’t in a rush. As I sat on a couch and reclined, trying out the various electronics or manual features, she sat in a chair or rocker in the collection and just relaxed. I felt right at home. It actually felt like I had a friend with me. She really put me at ease. I felt comfortable taking my time and she was delighted to come along. She shared her experience with a La-Z-Boy couch, when I asked and when told me about the features she liked about the couch she chose. She didn’t feel like a typical sales person for sure. She was personable, friendly, easy going, professional, heart of service/helpful, and didn’t have another care in the world or not an agenda. It was very refreshing shopping at La-Z-Boy off Barrett Parkway, Kennesaw with Michelle. I would highly recommend her!

Had such an amazing experience. Our Sales Associate Michelle & the Designer Lily were so helpful. They gave us great thoughts & made us feel so comfortable with all of our decisions.

I went in La-Z-Boy to look for a small recliner to fit my short stature. The sales ladies,Michelle and Imani were extremely helpful. They showed me several different models and allowed me to sit in each and find what worked and what didn't. At the end,I found a perfect fit for me and I am so pleased. I want to thank these two ladies for going through all the ins and outs of each product I considered buying.

Jeff was very helpful. I knew what I wanted and he was able to help me order it quickly without trying to push me to purchase something more. He did gently suggest but was not pushy. Now I am just hoping the order comes in before 6-9 weeks.

Sharon Cunningham worked with me over the phone to find a recliner for a Christmas gift. She was efficient, pleasant and quickly got all the information I requested. She was excellent. When I had to cancel the purchase the next day ( no fault of Laz-Y-Boy or Sharon) she was just as pleasant and helpful. Really a great salesperson!

The store manager was so easy to work with. I had chatted with another location that had the same chair and so I did not have to drive to the other store she struck up a great deal for me and I was able to purchase right then and will have my new chair when I return from vacation. Highly recommend this store it’s truly no haggle experience!

We were looking for a sofa, loveseat, & ottoman and Laura was most helpful. We told her what style we were looking for and she directed to the different pieces they had and made suggestions we found to be very beneficial. She let us browse without hovering over us. Of the stores we shopped, the Lazy Boy store had the best selection of what we were looking for and an associate that added to the experience.

I have shopped lazyboy for many years and I have the salesman has made the difference. Some salesmen I walked away from and went back a different day. Yesterday, Jeff at Kennesaw store represented you very well. He knew his products, made knowledge suggestions and did not have to go look up our numerous questions. You need to reward good employees. They are the key to your success.

Enjoyed a very successful hour or so with Sharon. The transaction went smoothly. She was so informative and very helpful. We did purchase the recliner we wanted, with a couple of items we didn’t know we wanted lol. Sharon is highly recommended.

The sales person was very respectful and kind. She answered all of my questions and the question questions from my son. I am very pleased to have made my third purchase at La-Z-Boy and will continue being both a fan and a customer.

Love being able to actually sit on chairs and sofas before purchasing. We bought a couple of pieces during the pandemic from one of those online only stores and if we had been able to see them in person, we never would have bought them. Quality is excellent and with the sale, the prices were competitive.

Jeff was great. He let us roam around to find something we liked and then was able to pull up the entire collection to help us get every piece we needed.
