We had a great experience at Ashley with the help of Andi, our salesperson. Her immediate asking about our needs and wishes along with her assistance and guidance allowed us to find the best recliner in the store for my granddaughter. Andi was honest with her advice during our search in the store for the perfect recliner for our particular situation. She easily coordinated delivery as well. It was a pleasure to work with Andi, she was not only knowledgeable but helpful, patient, and genuine too. We wish to thank Andi for making our shopping experience such a pleasant afternoon.

Andi, our saleswoman, was super amazing today! She worked with us for hours making sure that all of our questions were answered. She even dealt with us changing our minds multiple times just to end up with the original piece of furniture! Andi was truly one of the best salespeople I have ever had the pleasure of working with, definitely an asset to the Ashley Furniture team!

Visited this location and Lana was amazing. She was super knowledgeable, kind and friendly. She had my furniture selection nailed down and had me out of there in less than one hour. Ashley has a great selection at this location. The store is spotlessly clean and inviting.

Delivery was nice and smooth. Wadell called me at 8:30am and told me that my delivery would be between 9:30 and 11:00am. Delivery showed up at 10:20am. Delivery team was professional and set everything up where I wanted it. The delivery team did not unpack anything until it was brought into my home. I guess this is done to prevent the furniture from getting dirty as its being carried in.

It's hard to find great service these days but Ashley has it right!!

The whole transaction was just an awesome experience. And make sure you tip your delivery team.

I recently had a fantastic buying experience at Ashley Furniture Store in Kennesaw. Jordan Booker was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect pieces for my home. He also was not overbearing but gave us space. The store had a wide selection of furniture at reasonable prices. I was impressed by his excellent customer service and the smooth transaction process. Overall, I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to furnish their home with style and comfort. But more importantly, I recommend Jordan Booker!

Had a great time at Ashley furniture today. They had a big celebration party with a DJ, coffee and crafts. I also found a sofa with the help of Lou. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Ashley a try. They have a huge show room.

I am really impressed by the customer service I received today. Jon assisted myself and my aunt and was very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Jon ensured that we felt comfortable with the entire process beginning with his warm welcome as we entered the store. We also met with the manager, Fred, who was also a delight. We will definitely be returning and doing all of our furniture shopping from here in the future!

Great experience at this store today and Jon was amazing to work with while we were shopping for mattresses and bedroom furniture. We were back and forth 3x times and I really appreciated his patience as we sorted through everything. Highly recommend.

We stopped in the Ashley store a few months ago while shopping for a new couch and recliner. Lana was very helpful that day in showing us some options and making some recommendations after we told her what we were looking for in new furniture. We left and shopped some other stores in the area over the next few weeks, but ultimately came back to Ashley. We liked the no pressure approach that Lana had used and wanted to take another look at the couch she had recommended on our first visit. We ended up purchasing the sectional couch and a leather recliner.

We have been so pleased with our selections. First of all, it fit the aesthetic of our home, is quite comfortable, sturdy and doesn't move easily. Second, we have 3 large goldens, one of which is a puppy still learning her manners. We've had a couple of mud incidents where the little one came in and jumped on the couch before we could stop her. The couch is everything that Lana described and more. As recommended, I grabbed a damp cloth and literally wiped the mud streaks away, no mess, no stain, looks perfectly fine. Dog Hair, another issue we deal with, vacuums right off.

I love the couch so much, I went back right before Christmas, found Lana again and ordered the corner piece to turn my couch into an L-sectional.

Great store with great selection and great prices! James was a pleasure to work with and so helpful to us two days in a row since we couldn’t decide what we needed on the first day. He answered all our questions and made it a fun experience. :)

My wife and I were looking for new living room furniture for our beach condo in Panama City Beach. We worked on two consecutive weekends with Jason Hart. Wow, he was amazing. He knew on both trips that he was not going to get the sale, yet he treated us like we were buying from him. This really tells you a lot about Jason as a person and sales person. All this and Jason had a cast on his foot and nothing slowed him down. We found the exact living room set that worked for us. Mr Jason Hart helped us to find the perfect dining table and sofa today. He went above and beyond and demoed how to set up the sleepers sofa for us as well. We had a great experience shopping at this store today.

Phil Green their technition was wonderful. Very professional and thorough. He can out to repair our sofa and took his time to go over everything that was being done. He left everything brand new and very organized and clean. He is a great asset to the company. They are lucky to have him and highly recommend him.

Robert Callazo is phenomenal and exceptionally talented and great at his desire to help me with my purchase today. He identified that I needed help as nobody noticed that I was here to purchase furniture. Being an Ashley Furniture customer since 2005; his help today put a smile on my face. Just want to give a huge shout out to our salesman Derrick Mason!! He was very knowledgeable of all the furniture we looked at, not to mention super friendly and very transparent with every question we threw his way! He had us at the very first handshake! ;) we are excited to get our furniture and will think of him and pray blessings over his life often!

Let me start with Rihannon the sales rep is phenomenal. Went to the store to make a basic purchase and it turned into the sales rep Rhiannon taken time to help us around the entire store. Showing us different items that ended up sparking our interest. And us purchasing a new bedroom set. With bedroom accessories and television stand. And also new dining room set. The interaction was all worth it. She was very professional. Very helpful. Answered all of our questions. Also made suggestions that would work perfect for our needs. She explained the warranty process and how are able to use it in The event that we will need it. We were able to place our orders and hopefully once we get the product their product will be in great condition. We did also purchase the pillows that are pretty awesome. Definitely would suggest it. They do help keep you cooler at night time. Pictures are also included of the different pillows. Yes they are a bit pricey but they are well worth it.

Ashley has always been my favorite furniture store. I've always had success with finding good classic sustainable furniture. This time I got to shop with my son.

Caleb greeted us as we walked in and didn't give us that hard sales pitch instead explained where items were in the store and allowed us to browse. Although we arrived 30 minutes prior to closing, we didn't feel rushed and was able to fall in love with the perfect sectional. We were pleasantly surprised that it could be delivered within a week.
