Terry was outstanding helping us choose a bedroom set. She was very informative and did not hover over us to make a sale.
Also created a floor plan showing the furniture in our space. Communicating with Terry away from the store was perfect. She has answered my texts in less than 20 😃

This is our third time purchasing furniture from this location. We are thrilled with what we chose, and were very happy with our salesperson JJ. Furniture shopping can sometimes be daunting because sales people can come across pushy, but JJ never made us feel that way. He was helpful and attentive and made it easy to choose Haverty’s yet again.

My husband and I very recently relocated to Orlando and needed to furnish an entire home. The minute we stepped inside this location, we were made to feel very at ease and comfortable, yet excited to design our new space. Ken Wilson was top notch and was with us every step of the way as we picked a few key pieces. He was very patient with some indecisive moments, but also offered his knowledge of design in what would look good. Their designer Emily took the very few key pieces we picked out on our own and designed our dream living space. Out of the large space she designed and the many many pieces she picked out for us, we only declined one piece. She took what little knowledge of design we had and created the vision that we saw. Both Ken and Emily has made our relocation so much easier and has really put a bright spot on what could have been an overwhelming task. And hats off to Savanah, the store manager. She tagged along with Ken and Emily on their visit to my home and provided some much needed input on what seemed to me to be a very daunting task. I appreciated that she took the time to show her appreciation for our business. All three understood that I was anxious to get my home designed and furnished as quickly as possible and they worked quickly to make this happen. We have one space left to decorate and we will be calling on Emily and Ken to work their magic once again.

We purchased our Leather Denver Power Reclining Sofa 2 yrs ago & were at the same store recently. We mentioned the issue we were seeing with our sofa & it was suggested we file a claim, especially since we had also purchased the $329.99-5 yr warranty. We did and were told nothing can be done about the foam breaking down on 1 of the seat edges & were offered a $200.0 gift certificate. We're very discouraged with Haverty's handling of the issue since it appears to be a defected area & especially since they didn't offer to have anyone come out to examine it before just offering to give us a gift certificate.
Very disappointed customer and we'll think twice before ever purchasing anything from Haverty's again.

I want to add that Haverty's has stepped up and have done a fabulous job in correcting our above issue. Everyone has been very professional in coming to a solution that has worked for all.
The staff, especially our sales rep, Ken have been amazing walking us through the process and assisting in the resolutions.

After stopping at no less than five different furniture stores, My wife and I found the perfect chairs here at Havertys. Interestingly, the two chairs we purchased are replacing two other chairs also purchased at Havertys. Those chairs have been well used for over 15 years.

My wife is very low-tech when it comes to furniture. She puts me in charge of buttons in the house. I was surprised to see that her first choice was a recliner with buttons that not only adjusted the feet and reclined the back but also modified head tilt. That was a feature we didn't know we wanted until we tried it out and had to have it.

More than that, the chairs have a tasteful design to the fabric instead of the endless seas of plain grays and browns that you'll find at other furniture stores. We bought recliners, but these recliners still have visible wooden legs and more slender features so they don't have a frumpy Grandpa chair look.

Have issues with mobility? Not to worry, the sales associate helped us out with a complimentary wheelchair that they have in the front of the showroom.

This is not a big box, furniture "to go" outlet with particle board dorm furniture made in China or other overseas locations. The chairs we purchased are produced with real wood, quality fillings and sturdy fabrics in North Carolina. While bearing a Made in the USA seal, the costs are in line with other furniture we have found of lesser quality.

Our chairs will took a few weeks to arrive to our home. Your order might be longer if you choose to have them custom-made with your choice of upholstery. The wait may not be ideal if you're furnishing a dorm room, but I don't feel it should be a deterrent if this is going to be part of your home for a decade or more.

When furnishing my condominium, I bought pieces from various furniture stores by traveling as far north to Ormond Beach and south to Melbourne. None of them-repeat—none of them—met with the quality, service, and care offered by Ken and the support staff at the Haverty’s Altamonte Springs store. To say I’m happy is an understatement. And trust me, it took a while to deal with the problems created by other companies. None with Haverty’s. Not even a year out. They are hands on, spot on. Love Haverty’s.

Our salesman Brandon was great. Very professional, not pushy and a pleasure to work with.

Naomi was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She understood what we were looking for and gave us great options.

Our salesman Joshua was terrific. He was patient, accommodating and willing to spend time with us suggesting different pieces. He didn’t make us feel rushed and we appreciated his advice.

Josh at the Altamonte Springs location was great! Made it a fun shopping experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. Was respectful and not pushy like some furniture sales folks can be. Also the quality of products here is well above their big box competitors, for near the same cost. It’s worth it to shop here!

Terry was our salesperson at Altamonte springs store. She guided us through the process from selection to delivery and a replacement due to a fabric defect. I'm very happy with the furniture and believe in their promise of making it right.

Naomi was great it was quick and easy. We went to other furniture stores like Ashley's and were pushed into clearance and not being heard what we wanted. This was our first time in Haverty and I will say the experience we had we will definitely be back. Already spoke with Naomi about our next purchase! And I have already recommended her to a friend! She was in constant communication when our delivery date changed and even got us a sooner date! Super excited to continue to do our furniture shopping with her!

Terry was very helpful with selection of our new couch, chairs and ottomans. She researched answers to our many questions and made great suggestions. She is very attentive, without being pushy, which we like. Terry also gave us many suggestions if we decide to purchase tables to complete our new family room furniture purchase.

You listened to what I wanted and helped find it in the store. Then you asked the designer, Emily to guide us through the design process.

This store location is much further than the closest Havertys location to me. However, we go because of the staff. Brandon the store Manager, the Sales Consultant Joel and the Home Designer Emily are great! From the initial phone conversation to us walking into the store, they provided the best customer service. After explaining our needs, they pointed out a few pieces and helped us design our home. We will only shop at this store going forward for our future furniture needs.

Let me tell you, Joel Justinian at Havertys Altamonte Springs was the BEST!! I have never had such a warm welcome from someone in a furniture store and I have been shopping for over a year to furnish my house. Joel did not pressure me, he even allowed me to browse and he listened carefully. Joel was instrumental in helping me get to the bottom of an issue with a different store that resulted in them having to replace a table for a new one. If it was not for Joel, I would not have gotten the results I got because that store was not addressing my issue for me.
I am totally pleased with Joel Justinian customer service and empathy for me. Five Star store in Altamonte Springs. I am definitely coming back to shop here for my new bedroom set next year and I will definitely be looking specifically to work with Joel Justiniano.
