I feel bad about these reviews because I received a great experience. My sister and I came in on Halloween, and the young lady taking care of us was exceptional, professional, and attentive. Furniture came in three days and looks absolutely stunning 🤩 Thank you Simo Furniture; we’ll be back !

Great experience! No hassle, stress free sales person, I was able to wonder the store and not be hounded and once I had questions they were answered. Purchased a mirrored queen bed and will be back for more. The experience awesome and delivery was reasonably priced. When our bed arrived we had to put it together ourselves or pay for installation but it was quite simple and worth it. We literally went in one day and delivered the next day as promised. I’ve shopped with all the major furniture stores and honestly they could take a few lessons from Simos furniture in Altamonte when it comes to great customer service experiences.

It was very pleasant doing business with you Lily. She worked with my budget and was very kind and professional. She handled everything and communicated every step of the way and even had same day delivery. The delivery guys were also very nice and even called to let me know an ETA. Amazing customer service!! I absolutely recommend this store for anyone who is looking for good quality furniture for amazing prices! They work with you and your financial needs, and are very flexible with anything you’re looking for... definitely my new go to!! Huge variety of so many different options, everything from bling, animal prints, colors, lights EVERYTHING. Owners are extremely helpful and welcoming, they gave us so many options and helped us with purchasing our pieces..

I was very satisfied with their customer service and quick process. Owner was very responsive and replied back to me very quickly. I was able to fill out the application from home and have everything ready when I got there. I quickly found what I was looking for and was completely done within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend and would purchase from Simon's Furniture again.

I absolutely LOVE my new King Size LED bedroom set I recently purchased from these AMAZING guys!! They were courteous and quick with delivery and helped get it all in my room perfectly!! Everything works Perfectly and my new mattresses are so soft and perfect!! I could not be happier!!! 😍❤🎉🎉👌🏻💁🏻‍♀

Highly recommended, Wonderful place to shop at 👌 Jared great to work with, my wife & I stopped by after looking for furniture for 2 months, Jared gave us a great deal (unbeatable prices) on a light brown sectional& ottoman queen bed and mattress assisted us with all the questions and made it very easy quick process. I was really nervous about making such a large purchase on a budget but they made it easy and I now own a high quality leather sectional sofa (90-days same as cash), am currently paying on the most AMAZING dining room table with the same payment option. I already have my eye on my next purchase. I would highly recommend this company and staff!

I've bought a lot of furniture over my years and found the service at Simo's to be beyond exceptional which made the whole experience very pleasant. They are well-informed about what they sell. The furniture was delivered EXACTLY when promised and it is FLAWLESS. I've referred my daughter there and I will be returning for additional furniture myself.

Worst store to shop lies to cover up other lies guys in charge doesn’t know nothing about customer services nor cares got my future a month later then agreed time.

Hidden treasures!!!
We went to Hudson’s furniture (extremely expensive prices)...after asking the manager about upholstered beds for good prices he sent us to this store “Simo’s Furniture” in Altamonte guess what ? They have better variety of upholstered beds than Hudson’s furniture for less than half the prices ! We were amazed. They have beautiful unique pieces and most importantly prices and great service and delivery...worths the 45min drive ! Will recommend it to anyone looking for nice furniture and wants to save money than those big companies that charge you an arm and a leg...

I dont know about anyone else around here, but my experience with Becky was Stellar service! From knowing her inventory and in a world where during a pandemic there is NO furniture available for immediate delivery SIMO'S had it! Not 3 weeks from now, right then and there they had it and me and my family are greatful!!

Awesome staff and service. I ordered a bed set, then changed my mind a two days later the staff gave me a store credit and allowed me to redeem it even after six month. Simos is now my new furniture store.
