You can tell how great a store (or any company) is by how well they handle a problem.
We are in the process of moving here and were on a time crunch to get a refrigerator. They worked with us to get the refrigerator we liked within the time we had.
As we all know things can go wrong. When the refrigerator was delivered (on time) it was dented and required us to not accept it.
Oh no! Now what? Well we were ready to just go ahead and cancel and use an ice chest for awhile. But no, BLVD called us and was able to get another new refrigerator right away. Oh thank goodness.
Love this store and the people working there. I also appreciate all the local history that comes with this store. I have just become a loyal customer and if you have it I will purchase from BLVDHOME first. Thank you.

These guys always do a great job. I’ve bought several things from here and the sales people always listen to what I actually need and respect the price range I’ve set. Ive tried going elsewhere, and every time I end up back at the boulevard. Thanks for being and selling what consumers need and not taking advantage.

From walking through the front door, ordering a sectional and picking up our sectional top notch service. Our salesman Brian was amazing. Took care of us in every way and kept us posted as soon as product was available for delivery or pickup. We chose to pick up to speed up the process and everything was wrapped up super tight so nothing got damaged in transport. Absolutely amazing service.

Loved the whole experience - Bob in appliances is amazing - we were buying a new dishwasher and he was very knoledgeable. We were in and out in 1/2 hour… Also delivery person was very awesome as well. Love our new dishwasher! This is our 2nd purchase here and will definitely be back.

I was able to find dining chairs for my home that works great! My mom found a couch that was so comfortable too! We worked with Bryan Winder. Also we had lunch that was delicious in the store. We got the chicken bacon avacado sandwich with sweet potato fries that tasted like dessert!!

I am so happy with my purchases from Boulevard. Everyone was so helpful from purchasing to delivery and set up. I will be a lifetime customer for sure!

Todd my sales guy in Cedar was awesome and patient with me. We had to move things around and he was great to accommodate.

In desperate need of a rocker. Went in and within 10 minutes i found, with assistance from BlvdHomes excellent staff I purchased and loaded up my new rocker recliner and was off.

The sales person was helpful and scheduling delivery was fast and easy. The delivery staff were great. They were happy, efficient and their customer service was amazing.

Bought a stove here. The store is very comfortable. The employees are friendly and able to answer all my questions. The price was similar to other stores and I was able to get a warranty on the appliance. If I have a bad experience with the functionally of the stove and the warranty, I'll come back and update my review but do far so good.

Absolutely LOVE this store! A huge store that is clean, organized and professional employees ready to serve us. The new style showrooms and display setups are very impressive and well thought out to give one an idea of what the furniture or designs would be like in our own home. The sales reps are really fun to talk with and personable. If we're just looking we tell them and they leave us be. If we need help they're right there to help.

Last year we bought a dresser, nightstands and a bed from Boulevard. We absolutely love them all. The quality and service were impeccable. The delivery was great... Right to our front door and into our bedroom. We didn't have to lift a finger.

I see people complaining about the prices here. Well, if you want quality material that you aren't going to have to replace every 5 years than it's totally worth it. I want this furniture to last way more than that. It's solid and well built with high quality woods, brackets and steel fittings. Even has a felt lined bottom on all the drawers. Plus the drawers pull out as easy as silk and they have a special catch feature when they close tight. The bed & dresser frames have large steel wrapped designs all around the tops and bottoms that are very thick and solid. If you're looking for Walmart prices for some cheap particle board furniture than go to Walmart... This isn't that place. They also have a knowledgeable staff eager to answer any questions and help throughout the whole purchase process. If you need something more custom, than they can help through that process too. Again, you won't find that anywhere else on that level of quality, in this area, that we have found. Simply unmatched.

My wife and myself will be back for sure. We highly recommend Boulevard for their quality and service and would recommend even to our closest friends and family for a great experience.

Kevin, the installer was fantastic. He was friendly, professional and definitely customer service oriented.

We walked in and the sales man showed us the washing machine ( G E ) that he thought would be best for are needs, He was helpful throughout the whole process, the delivery guys called in advance and told what time they would be there and were right on time and installed the machine and made sure it worked properly,
