Been coming to this location years now & they have the best atmosphere and the best people! They have had some great personalities but Shannon has been the best so far! She’s very sweet, always answers all my questions & always makes sure I leave happy! If I could give her 5 stars on this post too I would!

I’ve only been coming here since August since I just moved to the area and I have to say every staff member has been extremely helpful and kind! They don’t make you feel like a nuisance for asking questions and genuinely want to help you. Store is beautifully organized and they have a wide range of products. Thanks for the great customer service guys!

Staff has been very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable every time we go in. They are also easy to talk to, so if you're nervous about visiting a vape shop for the first time- they are the place to go.

Easy to get to. Big supply of different vapes and juices. Reasonable pricing.

Great shop for juices. Nice variety and best prices in the county. Only problem is there only one associate who “knows what he is doing” and is helpful. He is knowledgeable and will go out of his way to help me and all the customers I’ve seen him interact with. I will buy juice when he isn’t there, but not any tanks or mods, etc.
Also they sell units and many times don’t have the coils when you run out. I’ve had to buy other vapes because of that. So now I buy coils in Springfield because I found out they have the ones I need.

Update : This place has gotten much much better with the customer service and also the inventory management has improved significantly!! Will add from 3-5 just because that’s how much the change has been.

The new staff is amazing. Go out of their way to make sure your products work and if they don’t they try their very best to fix it. Two dudes I see all the time look so happy and upbeat. It’s so welcoming when you walk in.

I've been shopping with them since they opened their doorsand wouldn't dream of considering going anywhere else for the vapes I prefer. The employees keep it 100%real with you on your selections while still being completely professional. Most of all they do what they say and honor Any type of warranty that comes with all there products that come from them. These people are pretty awesome!!!!
