Harbor Freight Tools

I went to the store to find something in particular and all it took was 1 question on where to find it. the sales person stopped what he was doing and not only pointed th item, but took me to the item. That's what I call excellent service. I thank him so much and I will return to buy again.

Don’t buy the jack stands

The staff is nice and always helpful but sometimes need help with time management. I have waited for assistance while two, three or more associates gather around to assist one person. When I need a special tool for a one-time job, or if I want to try out a tool to see if it works for me, I buy from here because the prices are low enough that if I never use the tool again, I am not out a large amount of money. I like the Bauer brand of tools and so far, so good. They are of a competitive quality to much more expensive brands.

As with most hardware or improvement stores, we were there for one item. We ended up leaving with about a dozen items instead. Great choices, clean store, and helpful staff made this visit pleasurable. The store layout was easy to follow as well. May end up shopping here more often. Even the checkout clerk was funny which helped to bring smiles to each customer. Thank you for overall making it a joy to shop there. Will recommend to others and go back ourselves. We did get our said item and quickly realized we need other items for home projects. So good on them for enticing their customers with good prices, excellent selection, and helpful associates.

Lots of tool choices. Good prices

The store is well laid out, brightly lit, and it's easy to find what you need. I needed a nice looking tool storage cabinet. They had a Yukon 46" nice looking sturdy cabinet with 9 drawers and in 4 colors on display. Because I could see it and check it out thoroughly I was sure I wanted it. Took a fork lift to get it into the truck. Everyone there was helpful. Prices are great there too.

Fantastic there was a nice young woman that helped me in there she was awesome. I'm so sorry I don't remember her name she was the tallest thin black lady very nice. If she didn't know the answer to one of my questions or wear something was she asked someone they even had to go in the back and get me a pair of binoculars.

I bought a inverter generator, I had questions about the product and the employee I dealt with was great. Her name is Kelsey, she answered all my questions and the few things she didn't know she found the answers for me. If all their employees are like her the competition does not stand a chance!

Awesome 👍 place. I bought a safe, and had to return it. Dillon the store manager, was very helpful, caring and understanding young man. I opened the box from the bottom, and never took out the styrofoam piece. The keys were in that part lol. Either way, he was a very Polite Young Man. I will be returning.

Great place to replace that missing 10mm socket, and get a Free light in the process! 😁
