Had a really great experience at this store , everyone was friendly and professional, believe it are not walked in purchased my furniture in about 20 minutes and was gone lol . Highly Highly recommended Badcock furniture in Rincon Ga

2nd purchase I had an open account already and wanted to add a stove . I went in signed a few papers and will be able to pick up it up on Thursday 4 days from now. Staff is always helpful and informative. Easy without fuss. Looking forward to making future purchases.

We had a great experience purchasing in store. The delivery was right on time and the delivery guys, Bryson and Paul, did a phenomenal job. They set everything up exactly how we wanted and extremely fast. Highly recommend!!

Badcock furniture is a great place to buy furniture. Lexi was very nice and knowledgeable. Helped me get everything I needed. John and Harold delivered my furniture. They were really friendly and courteous, and very quick.
I also dealt with Josue the warehouse. He was very helpful and friendly.
All in all it was a great shopping experience. I will never go anywhere else.
I highly recommend Lexi to anyone that shops there. She will not disappoint.

Theresa & Morgan were very helpful and friendly! Our dryer went out and with the amount of laundry we accumulate daily that's considered an emergency! They were patient and knowledgeable of financing options and were quick to resolve issues we had with a defective product as we actually ended up purchasing washer and dryer! Great customer service and not pushy sales people! We even got to enjy the storm and a couple f power outages together, and they kep a smile on their faces the entire time!

Worked with Brooke and the customer service was fantastic. She helped look up all the products we were interested in and even helped us change an order we placed a few days earlier. I wasn't at home when it was delivered but, my wife says that they arrived on time and had the bed built in what seemed like 10 minutes. 10/10 will shop there again.

Bobby and Jeremy, all there staff at the Pooler and Rincon GA locations, provide the best service, prices, and quality! I will never go anywhere else for my furniture or appliances. Delivery has always been timely.

The furniture is of incredible quality. Not this crappy made-in-china stuff that everyone else sells. When they deliver, they deliver on time and set up the furniture and don't leave until you're satisfied. I've had an account with them for over 4 years and I absolutely recommend them if you need good quality furniture.

I love Badcock in Rincon Georgia. Bought a couch and recliner and I'll wasn't satisfied with it. I talked to them about exchanging it for another one and there was no problem and I had it within no time. I will do all my shopping at Badcock and Rincon Georgia. The delivery guys were courteous polite and awesome.
