We used Affinity Airport Sedan to pick up our family of four from Dulles over the holidays. It was a red eye flight from California so we got in EXTREMELY early in the morning and had two young children in tow. Jody was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end -- incredibly responsive, friendly and made sure she had all the details straight so everything went smoothly. The process of booking and confirming the car service couldn't have been easier. I had a text from our driver as soon as the plane touched down and he was ready and waiting for us when we got our bags. He was very courteous and literally rolled out the carpet so our luggage never touched the ground and carefully and efficiently packed it all in. We had a very pleasant ride home with two half-asleep kids. The SUV was nice and clean and equipped with both a car seat and a booster seat just as I had requested. The price was reasonable, and after a long night of travel with two kids, the door-to-door service and not having to worry about car seats was worth every penny. I would absolutely use Affinity Airport Sedan for our next trip and highly recommend them.

I flew to Dulles during a snow/sleet/rain storm. As soon as we landed and I took my phone off airplane mode there was a text from Edwin letting me know he was waiting for me. He was a very safe driver with the poor road conditions and even remained cheerful. For my flight back, I needed a ride from Martinsburg, WV for a very early flight. Edwin was on time at 3:30 am and again was pleasent, even that early. I highly recommend this business. Easy to book, good, clean cars, safe, professional driver, timely service, great communication.

We had a wonderful experience with this shuttle service. We are a family of 4 and traveled to Europe this summer. I did a bit of online research and this company had the best prices and the most friendly customer service. We reserved rides to and from the airport. They were on time and the van had plenty of room for us and our 5 suitcases!! On the way home our flight was delayed and got in 4 hours late. Affinity Airport Sedan tracked our flight, the driver maintained contact with us, and was there for us as we came out of the airport. Everyone we spoke to and dealt with was professional and friendly!! We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to our friends.

I've used Affinity on four different round trips to the airport. Jody is polite, on time, and most important, is a safe driver. When I'm relaxing or working on a trip to or from the airport, I don't need to be in a NASCAR race or be ducking from near misses. Jody is an excellent driver. The van is clean and new. When I reserve a ride home from the airport, he has always arrived a couple minutes after I call to let him know I've arrived - never leaves me waiting. All this, and the price is a bit less than other services. I highly recommend Affinity!

I have been using Affinity (Jody) for airport shuttles for more than 5 years. Super reliable, friendly, on time, and reasonably priced. I have three daughters under 10, and on two different occasions, one of them has left something behind in the car. In one case, it was the outbound trip, and Jody held on to it (treasured stuffed animal) and gave it back to us upon our return. This is personal service. You call, Jody answers.
